Had brunch at @24carrotbistro [how did it get so late?] I had originally intended to go next door to Lucile’s because I’m... boring and while 24 Carrot Bistro was on my “list” I didn’t know it was a brunch place until I got there, It was open, andLucile’s had a line. I was pretty torn in what to order but since I had it in my mind I got the shrimp and grits but needingthe brunch part also got a waffle. The shrimp and grits were amazing. Crunchy shrimp amazingly flavorful grits with theinteresting herbiness of arugula. The waffle was really good. Nice touch of having a at of butter, syrup, and whipped cream onthe side. While I definitely am glad I went for brunch I want to return for dinner. Read more

What a gem hidden inside the small town of Erie. This place has been around for a long time and in a town this size, that means... they are doing it right. Ambience: Great wood interior and look. The bar has more than just bottle to look at, as 24 carrotalso makes all of their own cocktail ingredients! During the warmer months they have small patios in both the front or back ofthe restaurant. Drinks: Great price point for craft cocktails, especially once you learn about the stuff they make in house. The bartenders are all knowledgeable and very welcoming. Food: I messed up and didn't take a picture. The Hangar Steak on theircurrent menu is delicious (also my favorite cut). I also started with the muscles and those are just heavenly. Perfectly cookedwith a rich broth that has many layers to it. (bonus tip: if you didn't use all the broth, take it home and use it as a pastasauce!) With Erie expanding the way it is 24 carrot is well established and ready to handle the new in flow of people! Read more

This was a great find in Erie. We were passing through the area and almost didn’t stop here because it seemed like it might be... too formal. As it turned out, we felt comfortable in our casual clothes but this could also be a great place to get dressed upand do something more formal. Most everything is locally sourced, farm to table. As such it was all very fresh. The bloodorange & basil soda was interesting. Sweet and fruity with a fresh basil aftertaste. The peach salad was great. Loved the freshpeaches and blue cheese crumbles. The charcuterie had an amazing cherry spread which paired well with a warm brie cheese andfresh honeycomb. The duck breast was moist tender flavorful but not overwhelming. We finished with the carrot cake. Also, verytasty! Read more

Rotating menu with delicious, seasonal foods; fantastic cocktails and bar service; fine dining atmosphere yet comfortable and... not overly fancy. Service is always excellent and the place is always full, so make reservations. Read more

This high-end restaurant has a down-home feel with an inviting atmosphere. The food and specialty drinks are crafted by... artisans. Our lamb and Cornish game hens were cooked to perfection and, unlike so many restaurants, they were served hot. Thepresentation was clearly done with care and attention. They had a good selection of reasonable priced wines. The half-hour drivefrom Boulder to the quaint town of Erie was worth the effort. Read more

We ordered the Calamari Full-Size, carrot cake, a Bud Light Bottle and 1 cocktail the My Chai Rie Amore. $45.75 total... bill. Austin was our delightful server that greeted us kindly and with utmost politeness. He truly enjoys his job! The food isall locally sourced. The cocktail was very strong, tasted like straight alcohol ???? $11 We sat on their patio that waspleasant. We were seated right away without reservations but they are recommended. Read more
