Arguably the best coffee shop north of Denver. Coffee is superb, expertly crafted. The atmosphere is lovely, lots of space to... work, catch up with an old friend, or sit outside and enjoy the mountains. Food is also excellent! I make the drive fromThornton and enjoy every trip. Its busy enough and has enough background noise that I am able to find focus and good coffee toconquer work projects. Read more

This was a cool little coffee shop to visit and a delicious mocha. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and there were even... multiple groups holding meetings for the teams and businesses both inside and outside. There is ample seating both on the patioand inside near the coffee bar. Would definitely recommend trying this place! Read more

Had high hopes given the reviews, but unfortunately our experience wasn?t that great. Pros: great location and atmosphere, was... pretty crowded which is great to see at a locally owned business. Cons: staff wasn?t very welcoming. My coffee sat on top ofthe espresso machine for several minutes before someone decided to make it, when she arrived she looked at the drink then walkedaway for a bit to finish her conversation with another employee before deciding to come back to make it. The quality wasn?tgreat, foam had huge air bubbles, not creamy foam like Fox.Dog, milk tasted a bit burnt. The pastries look great, unfortunatelythe cinnamon rolls came straight out of a fridge prefrosted, they were cold, dry, and very difficult to eat. The work area wasalso really messy, with many containers left out open and at room temperature. Hoping things get better soon. Read more

Yay! A great coffee place in Erie! My chocolate chocolate chip muffin was rich and I'd go back for it. The pecan bun is really... really satisfying. My matcha latte was a little disappointing, it tasted artificial in a way. Easy parking, pleasant staff, chill atmosphere. Read more

STOP SCROLLING! I have been in Colorado trying coffee shops for the last week and out of all of them that I have been to thus... far I have to say that Cristos is my favorite! I had the honor and pleasure of meeting the owners and sitting with them to learnabout their shop and coffee and I can tell you that there are few coffee shop owners that could come close to the amount ofpassion that they have. They roast all their own coffee and it is excellent! The true flavors of the bean come through and meltinto your tongue leaving an absolutely satisfying aftertaste. The cinnamon rolls are very flavorful and a good size for theprice. The atmosphere here is rustic and inviting and after talking with the owners you realize that everyone who comes in iswelcomed. The ability that we have as consumers to support truly locally owned and operated establishments is a gift andsupporting Cristos is an honor. Well, what are you still doing reading reviews?! Get in here and enjoy your experience! Read more
