First of all, they dont greet you. Order at the cash register. I ordered water, but apparently you have to serve yourself and... they dont have ice. They could have said the water station is by the front door. One of the worst sushi places!!! What a wasteof my $20 and I even tipped them for lack of service. The octopus sashimi had a rotten taste, very watery, the color was off. I couldn't even eat the first bite. Firecracker roll was just as bad. The tempura shrimp was limp and soggy. They put waytoo much soggy onion toppings. I tried to eat 2 of the 9 rolls. I had to walk out before I puked. King soopers has bettersushi. Read more
I hate to do reviews unless I?m serious displease! This is the third time, I?ve gotten food from here not only do they get the... name wrong on order after I repeat myself the food sucks! If you value service, a friendly atmosphere, and good food, DO NOT come here! When ordering our food we each got a soda which... was in a help yourself cooler. When asked if we could each get a glass of ice we were told, "No, the cans are chilled!" So bythe time we got our so so food, the soda was no longer chilled and by the time we finished it was downright warm. The place wasdirty with obvious finger prints on glass surfaces and the main entrance. That should have been our first clue. Saved on tipthough...needless to say we won't be spending our money or time there again. Read more
We love this place! Fast service for fresh and delicious sushi! As fresh as you can get in Colorado :) I prefer to take out as... their in-house dining option isn't the best, but that doesn't discourage us from eating here a few times a month. They've nevergotten our order wrong either! Read more
Keep this place in business. They are EXCELLENT. You know how our economy has impacted restaurants? That means you need to come... to Sakura Sushi Express and try just one thing. After that, you'll go to this restaurant again and again. Why would people buysushi at a grocery store when you can get AWESOME delicious sushi prepared by a staff that only wants to make your taste budsexplode with happiness. Really now. I've had my comments seen by thousands and thousands, I know what I'm talking about. Sakurareminds me of when I lived in Hawaii. If you've never tried sushi before, THIS IS THE PLACE to see what people are talkingabout. See what you've been missing. Get a taste and close your eyes, imagine you're in Hawaii, or Japan, or Korea. You'll wantmore and more. On a scale of 1-5 stars, this place is a 10. I've seen a few "negative people" complaining about whether or notthe tuna or salmon is fresh. FYI we live in (the middle of the United States) Colorado where Cherry Creek Reservoir doesn't havemuch in regards to providing sushi freshness. Read more
