Why is this Erie location so bad? Hour wait for pizza? Ok. Go to pick up pizza... they weren't even started. NEVER have we... gotten our pizza order right. Sausage and mushroom pizza... forgot the mushrooms. Taco pizza NEVER the same. Last night notomatoes or cheddar cheese. We have gotten it with no chips. Etc. We vowed NEVER to get pizza from this store again but my sonwas in town and really wanted it. Casey's in Erie another FAIL! Read more
A couple of weeks ago I took advantage of the 7.99 single topping pizza deal. It was just OK for 7.99, but I would have been... unhappy if I had paid full price. Always friendly staff, which makes a lot of difference in a review that I make. The only qualm I have is very often there is not... much food selection to grab and go from the freshly cooked section. It is a small town Casey's, and I'm sure that this isbecause there are only certain days/times where said food is in demand. Read more

No matter how many times I ask for things to not be burnt or when in told my food will be dont at a certain time. It's always... burnt and hardly ever done. Like today... I was told 20 mins. I get there and asked to wait another 20 mins after I already paidfor it online. Sucks that this is the only place to get something quick specially when they wanna keep on the same woman whoburns everything or never gets the good done on time. When I ordered the pizza and wings I saw that it was a long wait. 82 minutes actually. Didn?t want to wait that long but my... daughter had surgery today, needless to say it was a long day for everyone. Just wanted a simple, quick dinner! My husband goesto pick up the pizza, It?s now been more like 90 minutes since the order was placed. There are 2 new cooks in the kitchen andthey haven?t even started the order. They couldn?t even say how much longer it would be. Almost 2 hours after placing my orderwe got at least 1 of the items we ordered. 8 overdone wings.
