What a surprise to find this place! Lovely decor, great food, friendly and helpful servers. The food menu is great; they have a... wonderful chef! And the bakery items were wonderful! Pictures show cream of chicken and mushroom soup (EXCELLENT!), fried codsandwich and chicken salad sandwich. They do take home meals (check their FB page) and serve pizza in the evenings. My wife and I were working recently on a Saturday and found stopped in for breakfast. Everyone was friendly. The restaurant?s... lighting, seating, music, and décor instantly wowed us! We had to take our food to go but would have loved to dine in! We bothordered breakfast sandwiches and were not disappointed. The quality and taste were impressive. Although this fantastic place isnearly 40 minutes away, we plan to return for lunch and dinner soon. Read more
We had the grilled cheese on homemade bread and the grilled PB&J and they were both delicious! Quality ingredients at a... reasonable price. The homemade chips were so good and the fries were tasty as well. Took the baked goods to go and they traveledwell and tasted even better! The service was so quick and friendly. Great friendly service. Wife got a Chef\'s salad and brought half of it home. She loved it. I got the Ham & Cheese sandwich.... Basically a grilled cheese with two paper thin slices of ham. Have only stopped by in the morning, so far, but the Harvest Bakery is a nice place to grab an early pastry and a cup of coffee.... As the name suggests, it\'s more a bakery than a cafe, with breakfast options limited to B\'s & G\'s or an egg & sausagecasserole. Pastry options are primarily cinnamon rolls, brownies and scones - all are good. Drink choices are a selection ofenergy (NRG) specialty drinks and coffee; they currently only offer standard coffee, with a wide variety of syrups to add. *Hope* to see them add an espresso machine tho, to expand their offerings with Lattes, mochas & cappuccino. They certainly puta lot of work into the old building and it\'s really a showplace, with a modern country chic flair to it. Overall, a very niceplace with friendly staff and fair prices. Read more
