We had a great dinner here. Our server did a wonderful job. We eat here some what regular and they do a great job.

Friends had given us a gift card, for my Birthday. We hadn't been there for quite a long time, but it was worth it. Just a... little menu shock, prices were a little more than what we expected, since the last time we went there 5 yrs ago. Instead of upto $10, price's were $10-$20 for most item's. Our waiter was very understanding, knew that we had a budget and we had come therew/a gift card to celebrate my Birthday. He didn't have to, but just the same, gave us another coupon for 40% off our bill. Mywife enjoyed her Broccoli Grilled Chicken Alfredo, fairly large Sierra Mist, and I enjoyed the Prime Rib Hoagie w/Beef Au Jus,Seasoned Cut Fries, and the Coor's On-Tap 16oz Beer. If you wanted Water, they'd give it to you, no extra charge. They had atleast 5 or 6 Beer's On-Tap, popular during the year. Just NOT Seasonal or Micro Brewed flavored Beer. So those are out; to bad,it would've made Dinner Perfect. They do have Seasonal Burger's and Cocktail's, so it's not a total waste of your money. Plus,they have 2 for one Special's for those who want to keep within Budget. We usually get them, normally, but it was my Birthday.My wife wanted to splurge a little; otherwise, we would've got those item's. Some of the food is really not that good and when I told my waitress about it she said oh I'm sorry. She didn't even ask if she... could do anything to fix it or make it better. I definitely don't feel that they train Applebee's waiters and waitress oncustomer service to good. Read more
Ordered a classic hamburger but instead received a classic cheese burger. As the rest of my party received their food and were... able to eat I had to wait for them to re-cook my food. And then they had the gaul to charge me for the cheeseburger and not thehamburger. I understand they may be short staffed but there's no reason to have a double screw up like that. As we were from outof town I did not appreciate any of this. It seems our local Applebee's does a lot better job of taking care of their customers. Read more
It was annoying to have an employee vacuuming under tables near our table while we were eating our meal. Note to manager: ... cleaning should be done when restaurant is closed to patrons. The meal was okay, not great. The Spanish rice served with thechicken was dry and tasteless, giving us the impression it had been sitting around on the stove for awhile. Server was very slow. We asked for 2 hot tea and 2 glasses of water. Never got the water and only had a small pot of hot water... for two people. We had to walk our check and payment to him because he never came back to our table. Read more
