I've been to a Cheddar's location in West Virginia and have always liked it, but never have visited this location in my... hometown. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium). Unfortunately, the first one came out well done (2nd pic) . I was hesitant tosend it back because I know their jobs are tough and I don't like to complain, but after seeing how overcooked it was, ourwaitress Gianna was more than helpful and brought me another sirloin (3rd pic) which was cooked perfectly. Every staff memberwe interacted with was super friendly, especially our waitress Gianna. If the manager is reading this, please give her the kudosshe deserves! Thank you for making it right! Cheddars is good. That being said I have yet been able to call it great. Our appetizers came out with our food and well I?m not... a fan of that. Not to mention the fried cheese was a bit soggy. Read more
Sure glad I don?t have a shell fish allergy? My chicken tenders came infused with shrimp, which also made them all mushy.
I expected a bit better quality considering it's called a scratch kitchen. This place was like any other chain restaurant. Im... not sure everything was made fresh either. The steak and spinach dip I got was great, but everything else was very mediocre. Thecroissants have a honey butter on them, which I'm not a fan of but I'm sure many would like it. I would go back for the steak,and spinach dip but I'd pass on most everything else I got. As to the service and price, I have no complaints. My server wasgreat, and prices were very reasonable. My sister and I took a trip to Erie to visit a college campus and before we went home we decided to try this place! It was a... great decision; the staff was super friendly, fast and efficient service, and the food was delicious. We each got theirstrawberry lemonade with a chicken pot pie, plus a house salad. The salad was amazing! I've never had a better salad fromanywhere. The pot pie was perfect - the flaky crust with the nice hot filling hit the spot! Waiter was awesome. Food was so good. First time I've been there and I was very satisfied with everything. Even with them... being busy and low on staff they got us our food in a timely manner and checked on us often to see if needed refills or anythingelse. Prices are better then I expected. Read more
I have mixed feelings about this place. The restaurant looks very neat on the inside and our waiter provided a warm experience.... However the food was just okay. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my fiance had ribs and steak combo. His side of corn wasextremely salty, literally inedible. My burger was very salty too. Hopefully the kitchen was just having a bad day. We haven'tbeen back since to see if it's any different. They have fair prices though. Read more
