This isn?t the first time where I order well in advance and end up having to wait 45 mins to an hour to even get my food that... was supposed to be done long beforehand. I?m not usually one to leave reviews (no matter how bad my experience) but this isannoying. I understand possibly being short staffed but there shouldn?t be an option to select when you want your food to bedone when ordering online if it can?t be upheld. They apparently lost my order too. Food is good, but service is SEVERELY lacking. Just went in and with a line to the door, 1 person is running the line while 2-3... employees stand right in the open talking, and 2 other people walk around bumping into each other with nothing in their handsaccomplishing absolutely nothing. Took over 7 minutes to get 2 people through the line, and it took me over 15 minutes to getthrough. Read more
Food was fine but the place was absolutely disgusting. Have the staff ever heard of wiping down the tables for people to eat on?... The counter was covered with food and crumbs. Where is the manager at? Staff eating behind the counter while taking a break.They were busy but there is no excuse for not cleaning the tables for customers. Are we supposed to clean them ourselves? For Chipotles since I go there often as they have vegan food I like to observe how clean the line is because if it's 30 that is... going to lead to a good chance that my food will have meat particles in it. So this place was so so in terms of cleanliness butI decided to go for it anyway. My son and I enjoyed the food and did not find any animal products so I'll give it three stars. Me: Looks like we have to make a trip to Erie on Tuesday [to take care of XYZ errands]? My wife: Did I just hear that I?m... getting Chipotle for lunch on Tuesday? There are no locations close to where we live, so we only ever eat Chipotle when we haveto run errands in Erie or Buffalo?and when we go to Buffalo, we usually choose somewhere else. So in our minds, trips to Eriehave become near-synonymous with Chipotle. I was surprised to see so many complaints in Yelp reviews? Some visits are betterthan others, but most of our experiences at this location have been positive. If you don?t like dealing with employeesface-to-face, do yourself a favor and order online ahead of time. Then you just walk in, grab your stuff, and leave! Chicken was rubbery, dining room was filthy and had trash filled over the top.. kid seats were all covered in food? paid $25 for... a bowl and a burrito just to eat in trash. So gross Read more
People with allergies beware. The place is unhygienic. Meat and ingredients are all over the place between bins. They had meat... tray sitting in front of the rice which caused huge chunks of meat to fall in the rice. Absolutely disgusting. All they did wassay there?s fresh rice and swap the bins only after complaining. Disgusting attitude. Does the manager have any sense whiledirecting food placement? This disregard for people with religious dietary restrictions and allergies in current times isappalling. Will never visit another chipotle again. Read more
The burrito was fine, but I was so grossed out by the bathroom - we're talking dirty-old-gas-station bad - it made me wonder how... well they clean anything else. Worse was a Chipotle employee had literally just walked out before I went in, and there were nopaper towels, trash on the floor, and toilet paper rolls just thrown on the back of the toilet, not in a holder.
