Showed up 30 mins before close and there were cars in the drive-thru but the employees turned everything off and watched us... leave after sitting at the order menu. You are open until 9 that means 9 Read more

I was shocked when we got our total for our blizzards. $9 for one large. This DQ HAS to charge more than other DQs because if... not then every single one of these restaurants would be out of business for basically bankrupting people who want to buy theirfood. It wasn?t even worth $9. Don?t even bother going to this DQ unless you want to pay double for your food. I should?ve saidforget it and driven off. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in this horrible time of inflation. Can?t even enjoy a simplemediocre ice cream without going into debt. Read more

The cashier who rung us up might have been the rudest person that I have not had a confrontation with ever. She was complaining... to her boss about having to work. She miss Wrangler order. She's whined about wanting to go home while we were standing there. She did not get all of our order the manager had to go back and get it. The dining room was dirty and outdated. The onion ringsare overcooked the burgers were undercooked. It was just all in all a not good experience Read more

The chocolate ice cream in their blizzards tastes sour. They are more expensive than other Dairy Queens. I think that they need... to deep clean their ice cream machine. I agree with what Allex Coles said 2 months ago. Don't Go here. Go to the Peach StreetDairy Queen Their Ice cream is not sour! Read more

Ordered 2 Small Blizzards and when my wife asked if $12.70 was correct ...the young man snapped back that they were $5.99 each.... I went to get his name and was refused. I paid the almost 13 bucks for 2 small cups of ice cream and got attitude. We liveliterally 2 blocks away and have gone there for years. It will absolutely be the last time we go there. I get things cost morebut, I'm not going to spend money where the staff is snotty. Read more

I'm rating this as a Dairy Queen, not as a restaurant in general, as I'm sure most people know what a DQ is and what they're... supposed to be like. This one is as good as they come. Friendly staff, clean, and the two banana splits and cheeseburger weordered were made right on par with DQ's quality standards. They also make good ice cream cakes, great for birthdays. Gladthey finally reopened the dining room, better late than never. Not everyone is into drive-throughs. It was good to comeback. This DQ has been here a long time and is still providing good service and fun treats. Read more

March 21, 2020: Thankful drive thru was open. When ordering a large peanut butter shake I was asked if I wanted whipped cream &... cherry on top and I said no, I'm glad whoever missed the NO whipped cream & cherry part of the order decided to remove thewhipped cream & cherry with what looked to be their finger. I waited until I got home (a couple miles away) to take thesepictures, used a spoon to remove about half the shake then decided to throw the entire shake in the garbage. A couple extrastars given because the rest of the order was correct. Thank you but I'll stick with Pine Avenue DQ. Read more
