Usually love Dunkins, but this location is the worst I've been to. The employees were really rude. They were messing around and... screaming inside and 3 times came up to the window to ask if we heard that. We just kept saying "no" to end the interaction towhich one of them responded "good. There's a lot of chaos and secrets". Super weird. I ordered a tomato basil grilled cheese andonce they gave it to us, I look it over since it took unusually long. It had 2 strips of bacon on it so I told them I didn'twant bacon on it and they said that it was just tomatoes. I had my mom taste it to confirm that I wasn't crazy, and that theywere gaslighting us. As a Dunkin lover, I would just suggest going to any other location and it would be better. This one is notgreat and the expirence left everyone in the car with a bad mood. Read more

Luke warm hash browns. Drink was packed to the brim with ice. Why pay more for more coffee when they just give you more ice?... Irritating and waste of money. Read more

Ordered 2 bacon and 1 sausage wrap. Got home and all 3 were sausage and I don't eat sausage.

I used to love this dunkin but unfortunately my past few experiences just haven't been good. My coffees have had coffee grounds... at the bottom, some employees have been very rude, I feel rushed when I arrive 80% of the time, and they don't fill my drink up(there's usually still about ¼ that is able to be filled). I only gave her one star rating this time because the drink wasn't even drinkable. If I'm paying $5 for a coffee drink I would... expect at least to be made right. I got a caramel macchiato iced. There was no flavoring and it didn't even taste like coffee noespresso in it whatsoever. When people are paying $5 for a coffee the least you could do is make it right. Read more

Limited bagel choices. The coffee taste like they marinate their coffee beans in acid rain for a week in buckets down at the... Public Dock in Erie. Absolutely horrible. Whatever brand they are using, they couldn't camouflage it even with the bestartificial creamers and sweeteners. Sandwiches are good but they need an expanded menu. Limited menu choices and better coffeecharacterizes this outfit. Donuts are also overpriced. Gonna have to put some on a layaway plan to even have a economicalbreakfast. I wonder if they would take food stamps. I mean darn near $5 for a coffee and donut. SMDH. Read more

They shorted me 5 donut holes. When I ordered 25. So check your order like any other fast food place. He said they were pre... packaged that morning, and gave me 5 more without a problem. I do like their salted Carmel cold foam brew. Read more

Update 12/7/19: I have again tried this location a few times in hope it has improved over the year only to be left disappointed.... Each Iced Macchiato w/Caramel Flavor is so bitter I cannot drink it. This has happened each time I have gone over the past fewmonths. They have corrected the coffee ground problem it seems, however, it still is a waste of time and money since I cannotdrink my drink. I have absolutely no problem at the Upper Peach Street location with the ones I get there being sweet anddelicious. I just think I will be giving up entirely on this location. If you?re an iced macchiato person, look elsewhere. There?s a Starbucks down the street. Previous review 2018: Gone several times to this location over the past several weeks onlyto typically leave empty handed and have to go somewhere else. A few times they were out of cold brew, then when I asked for aniced macchiato the espresso machine wasn't working. When I tried it again today, I did get my iced macchiato but it has coffeegrounds all through it and it's very bitter. I think this is the final straw for this location for me. I'll just drive a bitfurther down the road to Starbucks where my drinks are never out of stock and always delicious. On a side note, the Peach Streetlocation never has these problems. Read more
