The employees seem a little grumpy, but that?s not just from me. They say they are short staffed, I understand that, but where I... work I am too and I don?t act grumpy all the time. Even if I?m rushed with orders. Other than that, the drinks were good, justneed less angry staff members who don?t side-eye you for ordering one drink with a friend. I?ve only had good employees onesingle time and it was two boys I?m pretty sure working. I thank them for not having any attitude by the way and I?m sorry youguys were being rushed by drive thru and doordash with only two of you. I do hope they get more employees, at least better oneswho you can respect. ?? Read more

Was going to buy a flavored coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts, but did not because the lady behind the counter could not answer a... simple question when asked what specific flavors do you offer. Placed an online order, drove the location just so they can tell me they don?t have a single item I ordered in stock. Why let me... place an order if it?s not available? I love Dunkin'. I come here often and it's always the slowest service ever. Which is okay sometimes I get it. It's hard to find... employees currently or whatever. I only order a hot black coffee. One time I sat in the lobby for 20 min waiting for my hotblack coffee. I was in no rush so although an annoyance I did not complain. If you go to this location expect never to be in arush. My family from massachusetts is in town (the birthplace of Dunkin' and where there is one on every corner) so we decidedto go pick up some coffee. Per usual the service was painstakingly slow. The floors inside were filthy. The employees were hardat work. I am thankful for them. We ordered a large decaf regular (which should contain milk and sugar), a large hot black, anda small hot black. It was absolutely the most sour foul tasting coffee I have ever had. The large regular didn't have milk andsugar. I am embarrassed I brought my family here. This location needs major help in getting to the bare minimum of Dunkin'standards because the bar is on that filthy floor. Read more

Dunkin' is my personal favorite for coffee and donuts. They usually have great service and many locations depending on the area... you're traveling and many are open 24 hours a day. Read more

I love Dunkin! But this particular store has immature staff. I have gone multiple times and they are busy goofing off. They... have yet to get my order correct and it's the worst coffee I've tasted. I watched as two employees came outside to take out thetrash and one dumped sour milk in front of the dumpster while the other filmed it with his phone. Not sure where management iswith this store but double check your order before you leave! Better yet drive a couple of miles more and go to the one on upperpeach and avoid the headache!! Read more

What is wrong with this place? Better yet, what is wrong with the workers? A customer comes in asking for an orange juice. Just... an orange juice. This female worker was so indifferent, so mean. Its disgraceful. She told the customer that they were out oforange juice. He asked if she can go check and she insisted that they were out. Now, it was a very hot day and many people wouldget a cold drink. Water, lemonade, or even ice tea. She didn't even care to correct her attitude. Then another worker stepped inand looked in the back instead. And what do you know, they had a bunch! She lied to a customer! Wanna go to this one, fine. Justdon't let these ill-mannered workers steer you wrong. Make them check before they drive you out the door. These fast foodworkers need to start understanding: stop bringing your toxic personalities and/or personal issues to work. You're dealing withpeople. People want to be in a good mood. If you can't handle that, quit. Read more
