Words cannot describe the AMAZING experience it was to try these pizzas for the first time. Jason Spore, the owner asked how it... was and I was absolutely speechless. I\'ve even been to Italy on a pizza tour and never had something this good. And... theowner literally trained in Italy. We had a Garlic Smasher w/ hot sausage and cup/char pepperoni, a Bianca w/ roasted red peppersand a Hot Louie w/ hot sausage and jalapeños. The Ippa pizza. $16.00 Right off the bat I was impressed with the shipping container as a pizza shop, very cool. The sauce was... milled tomatoes and salt, the dough was a blend of double ought, AP, and wheat flour, provolone and simple pepperoni to finish.The sauce was very wet which puddle in the middle and made the pie very soggy even after cooking it at a high temperature, thearoma and tasted stood out with a very chewy end to a decent pizza. This is great Neapolitan style pizza! I tried the prosciutto arugula and the Mary with cup pepperoni. I enjoyed the variety of... add-on options available and all the toppings I selected were fresh and flavorful. Get to this place ASAP and eat some pizza.Plenty of street parking, directly in front of the truck, was available for me at lunchtime on a weekday.\n\nOnline ordering andpickup was simple, though some of the unique pizza names made it a little challenging for a first-timer to decide what to orderdirectly from the ordering platform without opening each and every item individually to read the description. I\'d recommendchecking the menu on their website and deciding what you want before moving to the online ordering platform. Staff was really helpful and polite while choosing my pie as the selection is not your everyday pizza parlor choices! The pizza... was amazing and they use local farm fresh ingredients for the freshest ingredients, which change seasonally! Great food,friendly employees and a taste of old fashioned history!
