We ordered twice from here and both times our orders were messed up. Tonight we called and complained and the guy hung up on us.... Very unprofessional. Food is good but not worth the hassle. Don't recommend. I was told to write to the link, which I did andstill got no response. Read more
Love their subs!! Omg are they GOODDD. I wish their were more than 2 locations. I'm not close to either one of the locations and... although they deliver but unfortunately I'm not on their delivery route. So I probably would order more often if there was morelocations or perhaps updated their delivery route. But the food is well worth it the restaurant was a little busy but servicewas quick. Personally I'd choose Jimmy John's over sub way any day. Read more
Made an order online than was called asking why I didn't leave a tip online, tried to explain I only leave a tip after I get my... food. But was basically told that wasn't good enough for them. Told them to cancel my order will not be spoken to like that,asked for a manger told there was not one, than called a c**t. Called back and there was a manger will be calling head quarterstomorrow. **Edit** Talked to the store manger he did apologize and actions will be taken about what happened. I'm not one tonormally wite a review but that really had my blood boiling, am happy that it was taken care of in a professional matter. Read more

State street never has any delivery drivers! So frustrating when I've had my order canceled numerous times because of this. The... never even refunded me last time it was canceled either. And the lady manager isn't very nice either. Read more
