The staff was rude when we placed our order and we had to wait awhile for it to be ready. I was told to park in front. When... they finally brought it out the person gave it to the wrong car and had to go back to get it instead of verifying what we hadordered and then acted like it was my fault with no apology. Went through the drive-thru and asked for three thighs in the three piece meal deal big box. Order taker sounded confused but... said okay then asked what kind of sides we wanted with our dinner we said mashed potatoes and coleslaw pause from the ordertaker okay gave us a total of 2102 drove around to drive through handed us our drinks and our meals we pulled out drove downfour miles on the way home decided to pull over and look inside the boxes however got two size one drum only one box had mashedpotatoes and gravy no biscuit the other one had coleslaw no mashed potatoes and a biscuit tried calling no one answers thefacility disgusted with this franchise second time this has happened at the same location no one's there to speak with them nomanager on site poor customer service Read more

Unbelievably passive aggressive. The people here do NOT care 1% about the job they're doing. We ASKED to pay for extra gravy. We... received zero. The coleslaw was HOT. Chicken?? Soggy and awful. You can't go in, milking covid?? and the drive through is theequivalent of being a keyboard warrior. Hiding behind their drive thru this is HANDS DOWN the worst experience I had in a longlong time. Went through the drive thru to get my client dinner. My client particularly didn?t want a biscuit with his meal so I asked for a... cookie as a substitute. The order taker proceeds to tell me ?okay I can do it this time but next time it won?t happen? as ifshe?s gonna remember my face and remind me of that when I come back. I ordered ahead thru the app so I could pick up and go home. I got there and my order was at the quick pick up so I had to wait... 30+ mins for my food. Ridiculous. Food was great but the service was poo. Read more

Worst experience for the second time in as many months. The first there was NO GRAVY for the mashed potatoes. Called to... complain and was told that we had to take it up with door dash. In my food service experience it is the food servicesresponsibility to ensure the order is correct. Especially when the delivery service is its own entity. I did as instructed andreceived a $5 credit three weeks later, from KFC, a sorry attempt at trying to make a customer happy. Today we decided to givethis establishment another try. You guessed it, the order was incorrect again. This time, we received only 1 gravy. Yeah, 1 isbetter than none, but who gets the gravy? The oldest, middle, or youngest child? Then if there is any remaining do I get it ormy husband? The chicken was no bigger than a pigeon. The place should be shut down!!! The manager should be definetly letgo!!! We will no longer be frequenting this establishment. Giant Eagle will be getting all of our fried chicken business nowforward. I noticed on the website page for the KFC on West 12th street Erie is in need of 3 top level management positions. Mysuggestion is to fill those positions immediately with good honest hard working people that are interested in growing yourfranchise business. Read more
