I ordered on the app to pick up using the portal as usual. Food took more than the requested time for pickup. The parking lot... was a nightmare as lots of people going to Andy's Pub were parking in the Little Caesars parking lot making it difficult tonavigate the parking lot. My daughter wanted a hot & ready. I ordered 1 pepperoni hot & ready and a 20oz Mt Dew. From speaker to finished it was 26... minutes. There was 1 car in front of me when u pulled up. Terrible service. . Read more
As others have stated this location has gone downhill fast. Service is resentful, delayed, the pizzas are ALWAYS overcooked... (even when light bake optionality is selected), theres little to no sauce on most of the pie, toppings have been forgotten onmultiple occasions. Avoid like the plague. Hope management sees this! Last night about 9:40 a.m., 20 minutes before they close I called and ordered a pizza for pickup. The guy told me that it'll be... ready by 9:55. We arrived there at 9:55 and the delivery ( black man with dreads) guy came outside told us they were closed. Wesaid we put in our order and it was supposed to be done by 9:55. He said hold on a second and then proceeded to go back insideand did not come back out. we waited for about 15 minutes and then we left. That was very rude and unprofessional of the workerto do that. We come up here for vacation and Little Caesars is our favorite pizza and he was rude for what he did. I won't evengive this a star but it's making me give at least one. Read more
Closed at least 15 minutes early, employees saw us try to go inside, and then use the drive through, but completely ignored us.... I get you want to leave on time, but you could at least have the decency to tell folks you've stopped serving. Veryunprofessional. Read more
My review is purely for the fantastic employees at this location. The food is exactly what you'd expect; it's not gourmet, but... it's fine, and it's always hot and seems fresh. Moreover, though, I'm consistently impressed with how friendly the employees arehere! I've never been to a fast food or pizza chain location where the staff is so incredibly nice. On top of that, they'reefficient, and typically have our order ready when we get to the drive-through window. Thank you for always making our stopshere such a positive experience! Read more
I don't know what happened to this place, but it's gone so far downhill. On several occasions, no one even answers when I've... pulled up to the drive through. So I go inside and stand there for 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging you're there. Reallybad customer service. And then the pizza I brought home was old and dry, looked like it sat in that oven for 2 hours. Don'twaste your money here. Try a different one, or order from Papa John's, it's right next door.
