I was first in line at the drive thru. I was told to wait while they helped the person BEHIND me. Then I had to wait for that... person's order after they went around me. Then your employees entered the wrong order. When asked about it, they wereconfrontational and defensive. I asked for my hashbrown, they argued I didn't order one. My order verbatim was "a sausage eggand cheese bagel meal with decaf coffee." I asked to speak to the manager. The child at the window said they were the manager,and they would charge me for the hashbrown. They have already screwed up twice. That's strike three. I told her I won't pay foryour mistake. I contacted corporate support. McDonald's should be ashamed to place someone in a leadership position that clearlyisn't prepared for it. The ONLY correct response in this setting is, " I'm sorry we made a mistake, here is your hashbrown onus. Please come back." Read more
Usually go through the drive thru. They seem to have changed the taste of many of there foods.
It's a McDonald's and this is pretty par for the course for them. I still give them a four star because it's a fast food place... so I don't expect amazing service but definitely this one don't choose curbside, they seem to prioritize that very low over thedrive-thru so you probably wait on average about 20 minutes (and I've had it be 30+ on more than one occasion to the point whereI will get a notification asking me to review how my food was before I even get it)? Whereas the drive-thru seems to be muchhigher prioritized so if you are ordering ahead just go through the drive-thru even if the line seems long. Also, while this isnot as bad as some McDonald's, make sure you check your order is correct before you leave as like with most McDonald's it seemsto be far more often that my order is prepared wrong compared to other competing fast food restaurants. PS. If you don'talready make sure you're using the app, you will constantly find 20% off coupons or deals that will get you your meal forsometimes significantly cheaper. Read more

Food was cold. Manager or district manager was there. Like 4 guys in the back with polos on. Workers has really long fake nails... and no gloves on and making food.. How are workers suppose to know to wear gloves when handling food if they manager isn't goingto force them too? Read more
They changed the play place hours to 9am-7pm, I didn't know the hours changed until we got there. My kids started playing in the... play place at 655pm we were asked to leave the play area, I asked the manager why the hours were changed and was told "due tocleaning". We left McDonald's at 740pm and absolutely no cleaning had been done, which meant that my kids could have used thattime to play. I also ordered cheese and on my crispy chicken sandwich, there was no cheese only 2 pickles, the bacon was burntand was only one small slice, and the chicken patty was half burnt. The young gentleman taking our order was VERY rude and impatient. When at window to pay. We asked if got the one order (because... it was the only one not read back to us) big mistake. The attitude we got was unreal. So a pick up window. We let the young girlknow. She apologized and said they get told that about him often... So my question is this...
