I was in the drive through line for 35 plus minutes. After other cars sped away from waiting to long. Got to the window and they... didn?t even k ow what my order was never told me how much it was and even took around 10 minutes to cash me out. All the whilethere are 4 employees standing at the window. One had an AirPod in his ear. Got my food and it was all backwards and not right.Is there no such thing as fast food anymore? And I too if that who is teaching these workers how to do their jobs? Read more
What can I say except it's a McDonald's. But it's the McDonald's that I would always prefer to go to than any other one in town... as there food is usually spot on and fresh. Rarely do they get my order wrong here that's why I would recommend this McDonald'sover others in the area. Read more
Clean and somewhat fast pickup inside... I do wish customer service was a higher priority for McDonalds (or almost any... food/retail establishment for that matter). Usually a lot of faces lacking smiles with no desire to simply ask customers,"Hello!How are you doing today?" prior to requesting their order... Always just straight to business. I understand McDonalds isn'tgonna go out of business, but friendliness goes a long way when it comes to customer retention and sales.... Oh well Read more
I kid you not. The manager working today tried to reuse the food that someone came back inside with. This girl told him he gave... her the wrong order. She let him know she already stuck her hands in the food. He then proceeds to take the bag from her andtake it back to the food assembly line in back. I can?t even tell you what a health code violation that is, on top of is stillbeing in the middle of covid?! If it wasn?t for her calling him out, some of you would have received unsanitary food. Every time I order at this location something is messed up but today, 2 out of 4 of my sandwiches were wrong. When I called the... restaurant to complain an employee tried to argue with me because ?she had made the order?? SHE MADE THE ORDER WRONG THEN! Theyoffered to replace it the next time I dine there which I doubt will be happening any time soon! Read more
Ordered and paid from touch screen kiosk. Food was ready in reasonable amount of time. Quality was up to McDonald's standards,... assembled and packaged well. Human interaction was minimal, which is sometimes preferable for fast food, so there were no issueswith customer service. Young teenage boy who called our number was audible and clear. However a customer who was there beforeus had somehow been missed for unknown reasons. The teenage girl who noticed he was still waiting (apparently for a very longtime) asked what he ordered -- just a McDouble sandwich. She bagged and gave him one that was just sitting there. There were 4kiosks, but 2 were not working. The ones that were needed cleaned, they had visible smudge marks. Both napkin dispensers by thedrink station were empty. We did order ketchup packets on the kiosk, but they didn't include them in our takeout bag. Howeverwe were pleasantly surprised that ketchup packets were available at the drink station. This was a good thing, as the normal tinypaper ketchup cups by the dispensers don't do well for takeout. Read more
PLEASE tell me why i opened this box to see THIS much sauce on my chicken sandwich???? I?m not sure if your employees don?t... care, or if the owners don?t and let this garbage slide. i have never had to use 7 napkins to eat a sandwich and it genuinelygrossed me out so much. save yourself the time and don?t go to this place.
