This place needs shut down! I waited in line yesterday for a sweet tea for almost 40 minutes. Only to get an unsweetened... tea. Today my daughter went there to get the 2 cheese burger value meal with a sweet tea. They left out the burgers and it wasunsweetened tea!! With a side of cold fries. Read more
We got in the drive thru line at 11:04am to grab a quick lunch. It took us 10 minutes to reach the speaker and I proceed with... our order at 11:14am. The girl says I'm sorry but we are still serving breakfast. I said it is 11:15 and it's only showing yourlunch menu. To which she replied, I understand that but we are short staffed. I am just confused as to why them being shortstaffed means that they will not be serving lunch. Also, how are we supposed to order breakfast when the only menu showing isfor lunch? Absolutely crazy. Came to this McDonald?s today at 10:30 AM. Chose to go to Go inside because the drive-through had about four cars and I thought... that it would be quicker. After arriving inside and waiting about three minutes and nobody coming to the counter I went to theself order station and put in my order. The lobby began to quickly fill up after putting in the order. After a few minuteseveryone in the lobby began to discuss how long they were waiting on food over seven minutes for coffee and here I am 10 minuteslater waiting on hotcakes. In the 27 minutes I waited on three orders of hotcakes and three hashbrowns two other people walkedout without even getting the order they could not wait any longer. The employees were Arguing inside in front of the customers.One employee said to the other ?well he?s gonna have to wait for his order I cannot pull it out of my..? Did not make for a goodexperience. After getting my order I quickly ran out to the car I thought I had waited long enough and could not wait to get outof there and of course I was missing an order of hotcakes but I did not dare go back in. Very nice looking McDonald?s but maybeneed to work on getting some of your stuff together and employees need to work on teamwork. Read more
Thoroughly unimpressed. They seemed understaffed, but even with that, service was subpar. Tables were not clean. One member... of our our group found a hair in her sandwich. Ice in one of the soda machines was out. Ketchup and some sizes of cups wereout at the self service area. Order online kiosks in store were all out of order. They were busy enough that at I've pointthey stopped taking orders. Two stars only because we did get food and it was a good price point. Read more
Terrible! Wait in line because lobby is closed and get to the window after 20 min and they tell me to park and they will bring... it out to me! After 20 min i get out of car and go to window and the girl says its going to be another 10 min. This was a happymeal and a big mac meal! These employees just do not care. Im shocked the manager is even on anyones payroll as she is runningthis business into the ground. Read more
NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER EVER EVER GOT EVERYTHING I ORDERED. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.... Also always make sure you get your reciept. The managers NEVER answer the phones. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Tostill not have my order correct. Big Mac missing slice of cheese. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal only mustard and got achicken nugget meal. Take some pride in your work.. The sandwiches are literally thrown together. I used to work here, itsreally not that hard.. Food is almost always cold and fries are usually nasty and over salted. Staff constantly changes becausethe few who actually care cannot stand to work with a bunch of people who don't. They should just close this location. It'ssad when the state street location downtown is missed and did better than this location. P.S. If you want fresh fries at ANYmcdonalds ask for French fries WITHOUT salt. New employees goofin' tonight... This is supposed to be a Big Mac sans pickles and lettuce. They got that right, but uh... Well,... just take a look and see if you can spot the issue. That said, they did give me an extra fries for the long wait, so it wasn'tall bad. Just, yanno, I'd hope you'd familiarize your new employees with what's probably your most iconic menu item. Was picking up a doordash at this location in the drive thru, got pulled around which was expected, what I did not expect was to... be waiting for 15 minutes. This affecting my near perfect on time accuracy rate. Very upsetting cause this location used to begreat. Read more
