I repeated and clarified my order multiple times as the cashier kept making errors when ringing it up. Her voice became... indignant when making the changes as if irritated that I was asking her to get my order correct. I was supposed to have a plainburger meal and 2 Apple fritters. I got a burger with mayo and ketchup, no fries, 1 fritter. Had to park and go in to fix it andthey took no responsibility. No, ?my apologies, let me look into this? just grabbed a new burger then sauntered off to prove Iwas wrong by looking at their screen. While standing there two women came in with large orders saying they were given the wrongfood as well. I left before those women got agitated. There was no staff shortage or other indicator that multiple errors likethis should made within minutes. Additionally the staff body was largely teens and young adults but an elderly woman in afluorescent vest is the one running delayed and incorrect orders to the car and the floor and stairs were slippery as I almostfell twice. If I could give this location zero stars I would in a heartbeat. The night shift employees are nothing but rude and... disrespectful children. The girl taking orders just kept saying "is that it?" And didn't ask me if I was finished ordering andwhen I tried to continue told me "I already submitted your order". And then the girl at the window told my mom to shut upbecause I had ordered apple slices for my son and she insisted on arguing with me about it. Employees were friendly (Meghan's the best!) And the food was mediocre. However there is either nobody at the speaker forever or... you have to wait to even pull in the parking lot cuz the line is wrapped so far. Either way it's a wait every single time. Andwe didn't get straws and the kid took the kid off my drink to smell it and see what it was and his nose touched it and he gaveit to me anyway, not knowing I was watching. C'mon. Read more
I have lots of problems when ordering from DoorDash, but that?s true for everywhere. Only had a handful of drive-thru problems... over an 8 year span. Food is usually good, though one time I received a double quarter pounder with half cooked meat. Likesomeone used the small patty grill settings for the large patties. Every time I go to this McDonald?s I?m always missing some thing...I get breakfast almost every day and probably 4 out of the... 5-7 times I get breakfast during the week I order the same thing egg McMuffin meal with o.j right simple I think but for somereason I don?t get a hash brown and I?m not exaggerating in the least bit guys went there two days ago got 2 sausage burritosand paid for two it was a meal with o.j well I got my hash brown that day but only 1 burrito like I feel like I can?t win andp.s the cinnamon rolls are dry, hard and cold ?oh yeah and #thatlocalfundraiser I also donate all the time at these places toit?s just so disappointing when it?s your home place and they can?t never get it right sorry Mickey D?s but got to calls themlike I sees them!!!???!!! Took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Was late getting to work, as I didn't think it would take 20 minutes. When I... got up to the window to get my food I waited there for about 2 or 3 minutes, noticing that my food was bagged and sitting by thecold window (not in the food warmer). When the woman gave me my food it was cold, and after I had driven off (I was alreadylate) I noticed they shorted me one hashbrown. That was probably a blessing because the other hashbrown was cold (probably fromsitting at the window waiting to be handed to me for two or three minutes. I will not go there again. Read more
