I work in a group home and we wanted to order our clients dinner. As this is the residents? money, I have to pay cash. As the... order was quite large, I decided to call it in to pick up figuring this would be a better option than going in and ordering somuch on the spot. I guess not. Whoever answered the phone asked me to order online but I told him I could not do this, as I waspaying cash. He told me he ?had to go get several different tickets so hold on?, I said that was fine. I was patient. The linewas silent for a little bit after he began taking my order so I asked if he was ready and he replied ?no, I have to fill outseveral different tickets.? I was patient and said that?s fine. As he asked for the toppings on one of the tacos, I went as slowas I could, and he again said ?I have to fill out several different tickets!? At this point I started to get annoyed I againrepeated that?s fine, I need to order this food for the group home and have no other option than to pay cash, so this is what Ineeded to do. He started going on about the tickets again at which point I hung up and we got dinner from somewhere else. Iunderstand he was doing his job, but so am I. I was just trying to order dinner for my clients and don?t need the attitude. Ifit was too much of an issue to order this way, he should have just said that. Read more
