I placed an online order at moes on 12th for the 1st time ever. Not impressed. I ordered a steak and bean quesadilla with... sour cream on the side. First off they didn't give me the sour cream. This place is an absolute dump. From the time you open the door until you hit the salsa bar, it's filthy. The employees all... look stunned. I don't blame them particularly but I've never once talked to a person here who seems to care. The floor isfilthy, the tables are filthy, the entire food prep area is filthy. Management and corporate should be ashamed of thislocation. I don't expect that to be the case. Obviously, profitability is more important than cleanliness. Food is good. Prices are good. Poor service. I don't think it's the employees fault but there's no one else to make online... orders.
