I placed an online order at moes on 12th for the 1st time ever. Not impressed. I ordered a steak and bean quesadilla with... sour cream on the side. First off they didn't give me the sour cream. This place is an absolute dump. From the time you open the door until you hit the salsa bar, it's filthy. The employees all... look stunned. I don't blame them particularly but I've never once talked to a person here who seems to care. The floor isfilthy, the tables are filthy, the entire food prep area is filthy. Management and corporate should be ashamed of thislocation. I don't expect that to be the case. Obviously, profitability is more important than cleanliness. My wife and I LOVE this Moe's. And always order the same thing and normally sit in the same place . Excellent food , courteous... and efficient staff . Never have I been disappointed here. This particular day our cashier was a fine young gentleman by thename of Jesse ( I hope I spell ur name right young man) . We sat down and enjoyed our wonderful food prepared by professionalstaff , and got up and left . And in doing so my wallet with 300.00$ fell out of my pocket . This young man Jesse found mywallet . Gave it to his manager WITH all my money and credit cards . Jesse I sure hope you get a raise and employee of the month. The staff here in Erie pa on west 12th street and so professional and there customer service is spot on. From the moment I... walked in to the time I left. They go above and beyond to make the customer experience a great one. And the way things are todaythe service I industry is really struggling. The manager personally asks how my visit is going. I?m a business owner and wouldbe proud of this team. Kaleb went out of his way and made sure my food was fresh and he was very friendly. They place was veryclean even to my OCD standards. Food is good. Prices are good. Poor service. I don't think it's the employees fault but there's no one else to make online... orders. So when you show up to order in person you stand there watching five orders get made ahead of you. I ended up leavingand going someplace where I didn't have to stand behind an imaginary person.
