We had a gift card for here ? we were really looking forward to dining here . I had dinner at Outback years ago. ( different... location towards Pittsburgh). We weren?t really impressed with the feel of the dining area.. not cozy at all.. sparse.. inneed of an update/remodel.. too loud hip-hop style music ( felt like we were at a club)? our table has some kind of plasticcoating that was peeling/sticking up .. it caught on my sleeve a few times . However, the waitress was so friendly .. which isa bonus . Ordered : a yummy lavender Lemonade drink ? tea? French fries with cheese /bacon ( very yummy , but scarcelysprinkled with bacon ? this is not what I recall it looking like years ago, I remember a lot of bacon crumbled all over thetop), we also had : Ribeye -Coconut Shrimp combo? and the Sirloin-Coconut Shrimp combo . Side salads, and baked potatoes. Saladwas just ?ok? (iceberg lettuce).. the potatoes were good ? steaks were good .. my Sirloin looked burnt on top .. ( ordered itmedium-well). It was ok inside though . The Coconut Shrimp were ok ? I received 4 TINY Shrimp on my plate ? my shrimp lookeddifferent than my husband?s, despite it being the same . Were not at all crunchy as they should be on the outside.. Theappearance of our plates was pretty bad ?. I was going to talk to the manager about it.. but just decided we won?t return hereagain? sad, because we were hoping this would be a great steakhouse to frequent ! Every single time we come here, the food is cooked to perfection. I'm a fish eater and get the Toowoomba Salmon every time. It's... so amazing. Cooked perfect. Paul the waiter is so kind. Very attentive. Always makes sure your drinks are filled and offers a2nd loaf of bread when needed. :) Read more
Emily, our waitress, was amazing!!! So polite and she got everything we needed. We felt like she was part of our family! The... Manager, Amanda, was amazing too! So so friendly courteous and social!!! The food was fabulous too! Everything was delicious andperfectly cooked! We would recommend this outback to anyone in the Erie Pennsylvania area! What a great place n wonderful staff. N the food. OMG... best steak ever n the lobster tail n loaded baked potatoes..will... definitely be back. N the Three cheese steak dip was just as amazing. You ladies n Gentlemen are awesome!!!! Read more
Excellent food, (though the butter/sour cream was a little light for the size of the baked potato, but the waitress cheerfully... got me more!), the waitress was nice and helpful and the atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you! Read more
I gave 2 stars due to the meal just not tasting the greatest. The staff and service were great, my issue was addressed and taken... care of promptly and professionally. The steak dip and chips was delicious. One meal was a Caesar salad and Queensland Chicken &SHRIMP Pasta...the salad was good the pasta was extremely dry with an unpleasant taste and the chicken and shrimp wereoverseasoned. I also got the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese which was also dry. The Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp and fries weredelicious. Someday I will try again. Read more
This is my dining experience last night. It was very good before. The main thing I saw when I ate was whether the food was... fresh. Last night's food was rotten, and there was a sour smell floating out. I didn't eat it. The food on the children's platewas too disgusting. Look at my photos and you can see that fried mushrooms are also black,I won't go back and spend the money onthat dinner?horrible Read more
