Walk in the Panera on 4299 Buffalo Rd set my stuff down at 1 of the table's. Went up to the cashier order a ice coffe to go. Pay... for it. Cashier hands me a empty cup. And says make your own. Had to get a manger involved to refund me. Read more

I placed an order online, when I came to pickup there was nothing there. I encountered Marcus and asked about my order. Nothing... could be found and my phone decided to not cooperate. I started to cry as it has been a very emotional time taking of my sickmom, etc. Marcus ran back , made my order and no questions asked.
