I placed an order online, when I came to pickup there was nothing there. I encountered Marcus and asked about my order. Nothing... could be found and my phone decided to not cooperate. I started to cry as it has been a very emotional time taking of my sickmom, etc. Marcus ran back , made my order and no questions asked. Told the worker I was apart of the unlimited sip club, he said no problem and didn?t ask me for my phone number but charged me... for the drink, I asked to be refunded because I have never been charged, the manager came to the window and blamed me for notgiving them my phone number. Took a short break here for some dinner on my way to Cleveland. This place was empty on a Friday night. Service was good and... helpful. Food was good. Ordered the pick two 1)Chicken Caesar salad and 2)Tuscan chicken sandwich. They were good except thesandwich was a little plain. Overall it was a good rest stop. Read more
Don?t believe the bagels will be ready when you show up at 6:30 am as they open. I placed a bagel order through the app for pick... up at 7:10 and they had none of the bagels ready or available. Thankfully I could cancel my order. Read more
