I love this particular Papa John's on East 38th Street in Erie, PA. The staff is young and vibrant and always have a smile. They... make your food quickly and accurately. The store manager who is always there is a very lovely young lady who is veryprofessional and kind. You can tell she has an impeccable work ethic. I think her name is Abby. My meal was totally poggers! That large pizza I had was totes goats! There was a worker guy maybe about 6?3? or so with brown... hair and glasses and he was probably the chillest feller ive ever met! If i ever had a heifer to haul to papa johns i would10/10 recommend! It?s pizza it has to be fun is right! Great motto! Read more
Driver delivered to the wrong house. We checked neighbors steps etc and when my wife called to say theres no pizza in sight they... argued with her and asked her to walk around the neighborhood to look for it like HUH. Sir it is 10pm. Then they said theydremake it and she apologized for the inconvenience we just want our dinner and the guy goes "yeah whatever". I can?t believe that you can pay 45 dollars for two stuffed crust pizzas and papa John?s had decided the pepercini and dipping... sauce should be left out. That?s what I look forward to when I order from them and they decided to raise prices and give youless. I won?t order from them ever again. Read more
The staff was amazing. I wish the food was the same. It was okay, but not worth the money. I can get cheaper pizza that tastes... superior. I am to believe the staff did everything perfectly and according to recipe. This is no way a reflection on the staff. Read more

Normally I love eating here, I tip 20% or better every time I pick up my order as well! For some reason when I put light sauce,... on both pies might I add, and they were both covered it what seems like extra sauce! 2 times a week down to I don't even want toorder from here anymore!
