I used to love pizze hut but the last 5 years or so they have gone down hill, horribly. The food is mediocre, I requested my... pizza have extremely light sauce, I repeated the request a few times. It's very important to me because if the instructions area miss, I won't be able to eat. 2 weeks ago the extremely light sauce pizza had so much sauce it was gushing all over. Over thelast couple years this has happened all but one time. I buy food meals to sustain life and enjoy the meal but buying the mealswith the little bit of cash I have n I have to starve because my instructions weren't followed they actually did exactly what Iasked them not to do but the did twice. Came from WNY to enjoy some good ole Pizza Hut because we no longer have any in WNY. Yes, there is a guy bringing 10 locations... to WNY area but none will be dine in. His loss. I dont go to Pizza Hut to order and take home. I like to sit and enjoy my pizzahut and if I want more (like i usually do) Im right there. I been to 3 PA Pizza Hut and Ive held my reviews until this onebecause this was the last of the 3 I needed to attend to give my best review. I love Pizza. Could eat it 7 days a week and noteven care. This location at Peninsula Dr in PA is the best of the 3 I visited. 1st was close to Bradford. Meh. 2nd was BuffaloSt which was good but this location blows them out of the water. Compared to the 17 locations WNY used to have, plus the 2 otherPizza Huts in PA i been to, this is by far the best Pizza Hut Ive had to date. Pizza and breadsticks were beyond perfect. Mydad,(was his birthday) sister and family friend agreed as well and we had to take 2 pizzas and 20 breadsticks with us back toNY. Absolutely perfect. Ill be back for my birthday in just under 2 weeks and then once a month (or more) to enjoy what ivemissed for so long in NY. Read more

Got a medium thin crust which is eight pieces Pizza with six toppings for $27. Toppings were kind of sparse. Was told delivery... would be 30 to 40 minutes but ended up being an hour and a half. They said they needed somebody from doordash to deliver andwhen he got to the door he was very nice. And here is the Good News! Jesus Saves! Times are getting tough and y'all are going toneed him! So me and my friend walk in because it has been a while since I had dine in pizza. Usually get it delivered...not ever again.... The lady that was "working" the front greets us and seemed surprised that we wanted a table. She says ok just find a seatanywhere clean. As we look around to the I'd guess 20 tables, 3 are clean...3 and the rest are completely trashed with garbageand pizza still sitting on the tables. Against my inner self I didn't wanna react too fast as I'm a restaurant manager andalthough I understand places are shorthanded this was so far beyond that. I sit down at the cleanest table we can find and thereare side plates sitting on the table in front of me and as I slide them out from in front of me they are very much so stuck tothe table due to Grease and grime and people not cleaning surfaces correctly. The service was subpar at best, got the pizzaright but we asked for marinara for the crust and it was ice cold when the server reluctantly brought it to us. The only thing Iremember about the server was she had no teeth. Not sure what was going on there. Totally disgusted by my visit and plan on noteating at or from any pizza hut again if that is how they are ran! I would like to thank the 2 sisters that were working when we visited the hut. They made the experience great for my 4 year old... son. They entertained him while waiting for our food. That's not easy to do. The food was fantastic. Best service ever. Thesisters deserve a raise. The fireplace and atmosphere made this visit fun for all of us. Read more
