Two weeks ago I went through Popeyes Drive Thru and ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches. When I arrived home and opened the bag... there was 1 chicken sandwich and a small order of m&c. Being I paid for 2 I called Customer Care and they offered a $10discount online order to keep my business. Today I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 apple pie desserts online and used thediscount and paid the balance on a card. I drove to the 2600 W 12th Erie Pa location to pick up my order only to find the placeclosed! Several cars drove through to order but all left once they realized the same as I. Once again I called Customer Care.They did offer to refund all in hopes to save my business. Sorry to say two times is the charm for Popeyes. Read more

Horrible...Figured chains should all be pretty much the same .How wrong I was. I ordered a regular chicken sand,coleslaw,Cajun... fries and nugget pieces. The fries were cold and tasteless. ,the Slaw was spoiled , slimy and disgusting. I actually gaggedalittle. There was so much mayonnaise on my sandwich it oozed out and made the sandwich so Slippery you couldn't keep thechicken in the bun.just gross.... Pretty basic things employees should be checking before things go out the door. I guess goodhelp is hard to find. Read more

Absolutely Horrible Service!! I placed a mobile order, went to drive though, was one car ahead of me to place an order. The line... moved super slow, by the time I got to window,(30 min) I was told to park in handicap and food will be brought out. Well after20 min of nobody, I finally go in, never acknowledged me untill 5 min of waiting, never had my order ready then takes another 15minutes to get together . Asked if I could get a discount for the hour wait , I get a shoulder shrug and sorry.. got home andthe biscuits weren't in there either! ?????????????? One star only bc food was decent.. People running it, not so much!! Iunderstand short staff but that was ridiculous!! Read more

You're either open or you're not. If you're not, put some big readable signs on the windows and doors. It was 1145am. Website... says open. There were 3 people waiting outside... wasn't sure if they were waiting to pick up food for waiting for the store toopen. We were parked but decided to just use the drivethru. There's a small sign posted there that the store opens at 1130for online orders only, so I decide to order online. I couldn't figure it out without downloading the app. I'm notdownloading the app for a store I've never been to before. This was going to be our first time trying your food. I tried tocall but no number listed on Google maps or the website so we left and went to a place a couple of stores away that was open andhappy to serve us! I don't know if we'll try you again..... This place is consistently trash. Had an experience today nearly identical to the last few times I've been here (shame on me... for trying again). Placed our order with only 2 cars in front of us and it took literally over 20 minutes just to make it tothe window. We paid and waited a while longer when the worker came back to the window to tell us they did not have either ofthe chicken orders we asked for. Could have told us that at the speaker and not wasted our time. Had to wait another 5 minutesfor the kid to figure out how to refund our card. The chicken sandwich is always great! My issue has always been the service... and still is. The employees are friendly, but the... service is ALWAYS very SLOW! There were only two cars ahead of me and they never took the order of the next car until theprevious car got their order. So you wait at the drive thrufor like 5 minutes to order. You go to the window and after you getyour order, they take the next order. Oh and they seem to get my red beans and rice order ... not wrong, but not right. Once thelarge was literally half full, no hyperbole, half full maybe less. This time I had red bean soup a lot of bean sauce and verylittle rice and other times just the opposite! Sat in line for 20 minutes with No one behind me and these cars parked . People came out of the restaurant and told me to move... up as my car was off and parked. I explained I was waiting to pick up an order for 20 minutes and there was no one behind me . The owner comes out screaming and opens my car door . Calls the mill creek police and says I was trespassing on theirproperty?! Yeah ok if you want to be treated horribly and wait 20 min in a drive through to get Gross food !? Have Fun! Read more

Update: After giving this location 1 last chance, they've failed. Food was awful, service was terrible. Was told a coupon I had... could be used and I would need to pull forward. I get to the window and am asked to pay for an order I didn't place. Then I wastold that coupon couldn't be used but the manager failed to provide a clear reason as to why. The the food I did ordered was notworth the money I spent. This location is cutting corners and reducing portion sizes to increase profits at your expense. Avoidthis place at all costs. I'll never be back. I have known for quite some time that this Popeyes location is notorious for lowstandards, horrific online order confusion, and abysmal, truly and unabashedly awful order accuracy. There is absolutely zeroambiguity on an online order, yet we waited ten minutes for 2 orders for 2 people each (4 total), even with an advanced order.We specifically requested hot sauce and honey at the pickup window. When our food was delivered to the car, the condimentsrequested and the drink included with a meal ordered was also not brought to the vehicle. After another 5 minute wait, the verysimple request of completing our order had not been taken care of. I had to go inside and plead for the help of a worker tofinish our order. Not only were they fully unaware of the request, they were reluctant to fulfill what was in all honesty thesimplest of requests they were dealing with at the time. I still love popeyes (bring back the cajun rice!) but this specificrestaurant and its franchise owner need to be considered for revocation of their license for repeated offenses in customerservice and dismal order accuracy. This location is a terminal blight on the company name. 2 stars for the food not beinginedible, and a clean facility. That's about it. Read more
