First, we watched numerous couples get seated before us as they walked in and we waited after speaking to the hostess. Hostess... never took a name for our small group of 3. No silverware was brought till we requested it AFTER our salads came and thewaitress walked away. The beer my boyfriend ordered ran out. When asked if he wanted something else she failed to bring a menuwith the drink list. I ordered the fried fish sandwich. Asked if it came with anything and was told no so ordered a side salad.Sandwich came out with fries.... I wouldn't have ordered the salad had I known. Asked what a Boston ice tea was and the waitresssimply said "Boston ice tea". I'm sober so was trying to make sure it wasn't alcoholic.... when my sandwich came to the tablethe top bun and fish was ON TOP of my pile of fries... we asked for more biscuits and they didn't arrive till we were ready toleave. Poor service, poor execution, very poor presentation. That alone makes it not worth the trip or money we paid. Will notbe returning anytime soon Read more
The waitress was wonderful! The food was great, we had no issues. My mom was trying salmon for the first time and it did not... disappoint! We had everything we needed. Best Red lobster experience I had in years, thank you! One comment. For my elderlymother.. she parked in handicap but the bathroom was across the entire building, very inconvenient for her. Read more
Haven't eaten here in years. Just as good years later. Prices were higher, but the menu was much better. The food was great and... the staff were friendly. Definitely pleased. Read more
Arrived about 8:15 on Friday. Was seated at table away from everyone in area not prepped for customers when restaurant had... hardly anyone in it. Regret not immediately leaving as things didn't get better. Service was slow, food once server brought itwas good &hot but had to ask for everything from straw, salt, pepper & even check. Birthday dinner for my mom that turned 72 this year. So thankful to spend time with her.
The hostes seemed like she was in her own little world, but otherwise good experience. Great seafood, i got shrimp, scallops,... and lobster, all of which was cooked to perfection. Read more
My wife and I ordered the heavily advertised endless shrimp. They bring you two different kinds of shrimp. Each small... portions. Then your waitress does a disappearing act. When she returns you can order a other helping of 7 tiny shrimp to bedelivered in 20 minutes. This continues until you get tired of waiting and leave. Never again Read more
