Excellent ambiance and welcoming staff, Cameryn was our server and her recommendations were delicious! I got their popular... smoked wings with a mildly sweet spice glaze over them, and the perfect fall desert apple pie cobbler! This is the standard chain BBQ restaurants should follow, with the exception of less booths and more tables not everyone fits in... booths. Food was cooked perfectly and the sauces were amazing. We left almost full, portions are too small and the prices aretoo high. Read more

We originally were going to eat at the restaurant next door because we had a gift card from a couple of years ago that I wanted... to finally use. That place was closed and would be for several hours. My spouse looked up the hours for Smokey Bones and theywere open so we decided to try it for the first time. Our server was Rachel and she was amazing. She was very helpful duringordering, attentive to drinks and has a great personality. Rachel was confident in the food and helped us understand thedifferent types of ribs, etc. so we splurged and tried the ribs, BBQ chicken, brisket, pulled pork, cheeseburgers, etc. It wasall amazing. None of the meat had hardly any gristle or fat. The portions were great for the price. All in all it was a verygood experience and we will go back. The place was clean and nicely decorated. That was delicious. They must be under new management or something. The portions are larger. The food tastes great...better... presentation. Our waitress was named Rachel I believe. She was very kind and professional. We will definitely be back. Read more

A delicious place with great service and staff. The restaurant has a smell that is a smokey and sweet aroma. The food is... excellent, each time I've gone I'm reminded of why its the go to when I'm near the mall. This is one of the few places I've gonewhere the smoked food doesn't end in heartburn, which is quite the blessing. I also like that they provide your meats dry,allowing the patrons to add their choice of sauce at the desired quantity from the selections at the table. I'm not a heavysauce person so this works for me and can keep a meal from getting sloppy. Its also great for allowing you to try each saucewith the meat. My only complaint about this place is still the same minor complaint I had in the past, sweet tea could besweeter. Its not bad how it is, I'm just keen on near liquid sugar tea. Read more

Reluctantly came to this establishment after 3 horrible experiences in the past and it hasn’t changed a bit. To begin my gf... and I sat down and were quickly greeted by our friendly server and he took or drink order. Quickly brought us our waters weorder a Korean pork belly pops and waited. About 10mins later the pork belly arrived, description says “flash fried crispy”they were a gelatinous cube of fat with a millimeter of meat. Probably zero protein 96% fat. Sitting in a quart of sauce a fewonions and three small pieces of cucumber. 10 mins later OR FIRST DRINK ARRIVED. Drinks showed up i asked for an old fashionwithout maple syrup and they gave me maple flavored knob creek with a bug in it. Outta the three drinks we got i believe I’mnow diabetic. There’s no way the majority of people like them it’s that sweet. Witnessed 3 full rack of rib meals sent backto the kitchen and that was without paying attention. Now 4 racks. The garnished my meal with the actual outside of an onion.And littered the exterior all through the meal that i had to fight not to choke on the whole meal. A 18 dollar nacho was thebest looking meal and there was maybe 2oz’s of pork on it. Also my macaroni came out cold cold but they said they’d bring afresh one and brought my same one back missing scoop and all so hot they dried the cheese into plastic. Read more
