I love the 50's vibe. We pulled into a cubicle with our car to order. We ordered by a touch screen with a person answering... questions. We slid our card to pay and the food came very fast. It was delivered by a rollerblading waitress. My steak umsandwich was huge. Next time I will ask to cut I half. Too hard to eat when too long. Delicious caramel milkshake. Read more
We love going here for slightly less expensive fast food that's just a little different. Burgers are always fantastic & love the... tater tots! Our dogs always get an ice cream come with a bone on top! They usually are running a featured product that usuallytastes great. Wish there were others not in the mall area! The kids get a kick out of the car hops on skates. Honestly, we'venever dined inside so I'm not even sure how that is? Service has always been good & more importantly accurate every time! Read more
my boyfriend and i were extremely excited to try sonic since we?re from Canada! We visited the location on August 12/22 around... 10 pm at night, im not sure her name but the car hop girl was extremely nice and so welcoming! the food was okay, they did missa couple items in our order but they were very nice in fixing the issue which wasn?t a problem since we were just sitting at theparking spots. First time eating at a Sonic so I'm not sure if this is the norm, but I ordered a burger with no cheese or mayo, they made it... wrong, so I sent it back, then I recieved someone else's order. After receiving my order, it was once again wrong, the thirdtime was the charm as I finally got the right burger, but by then it had been 30 minutes and the rest of my food had gottencold. Read more
Ok so Friday 4/8 last week my family and I went here and got 3 meals! Which of course when we got home we?re all wrong and the... burgers were so dried out they must have sat out for a few hours! The Dr. Pepper tasted disgusting. Something was definitelywrong with it. After calling up the manager she said she would comp our 2 burger meals. I saved my receipt and decided to getredeem my meals tonight 4/13. Well they gave me a hard time the burgers were disgusting again! The lettuce was brown and wilted,and it definitely did not taste good at all! Such a disappointment! This is not what I?ve ever got from this place ever! ButI?ll tell you I won?t be going here EVER AGAIN! THE WORST BUGERS I HAVE EVER HAD NOT ONCE BUT TWICE! There is no pic of theburgers cause I gave them to my dog! Ok so after getting a response from the company. Another disappointment is they didnt doanything but say they will address this restaurant in Erie. I'll never go back. Just got home after spending 56.00 on dinner for my family. When we opened the bags the 3 orders of onion rings were burnt and... saturated in greese. One order of onion ring orders had no batter on it.. They tasted like they were cook yesterday. Then tofind out the diet limade drink we order was not diet and was a slush. Not sure if I will be returning. Read more
EDIT: I just want to shout out to Logan shes amazing and went above and beyond to handle something for me. Every employee I have... encountered here has always been wonderful and friendly. My first time ever at Sonic was great! The person taking my order wasawesome and answered all the questions I had about the menu. The time from ordering to the friendly girl on skates bringing memy food was very short. My order was 100% correct. It was really very well packaged. Nothing done sloppy or thrown together.Everything was delicious... although the honey bbq wings were way too spicy and had no honey or real BBQ flavor. They were okay.I wish I would have had a cup holder for all the cups I had. Other then that no complaints. It was a great experience and I'lldefinitely be back! Read more
Wheelchair Accesible drive up ,walk up ,eat in /take out , delivery , in app ordering , car hood, inside dining area , located... on the former Sears automotive property it has been here a couple 3 years , it is a chain fast food franchise known for itsactual foot long ( not that Subway trademark marketing nonsense of 10? if your lucky but they call it a foot)chili cheese dogsand a vast array of slushees ,shakes and beverage choices and let?s not forget the tater tots . I have been to Sonics in severalstates ( and also mom and pop drive ins that are recycling closed Sonic locations because the franchise outgrew the physicalproperty and built new down the block , and some of them have been extraordinary good , I think a few were so good they appearedon DDD , today was a simple Route 44 peach slushee .cranberry lime aide is outstanding .
