One of the better Starbucks locations. Roomy interior. The only downside is the drive thru is always too busy.
Love Starbucks, just wish they would be more consistent. It's a gamble, is my coffee going to taste good and the way I ordered... it...sometimes. That kind of sucks for the price lol. Baristas are so friendly and nice. Read more
It was our first time at this location. Our barista was so friendly and courteous. I was having a problem with my Starbucks app,... and he helped me with out a problem. We barely sat down to wait for our coffees, and they were up and ready for us very quickly.Within just a couple of minutes. That's the first time that's happened to us at any starbucks! After placing an order at 4:05pm, the Cafe was not busy, one of the workers asked if they started my drink after 10 minutes of... waiting. 5 minutes later another worker placed a drink behind the counter in front of another worker. Never acknowledged thedrink was sitting there, then pops over to say "oh" then calls my name and walks away. No apology for waiting for 15 minutes forone drink, nothing. Need to handle customer's more appropriately, sincere and empathetic for the inconvenience of the wait. Read more
I ask for lite ice, and cold foam. My cup isn?t full, nor do I really have cold foam. If they were going to barely give me a... drink I would of got a smaller size and saved my money. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Thus starbucks is located a little over a mile off of I90. Nice place and usually clean inside. They always seem to have a... table open although some kids go here after school and use up three or four seats when they spread put their books, packs.Etc. Cons...a little tough to get out of as you can only make a right and have to do a u turn to get back on I90. Hint...gothrough the parking lot and then get on the road with a stop light. You can save time and wont have to do a uturn. Read more
I wish you could give negative stars. Horrible customer service, manager has a horrible attitude. Arrived at restaurant, in the... drive thru line before close. Two cars in front of me had their orders taken. I pull up to the window, the barista starts totake my order then pauses, comes back on and says sorry it's two minutes past close we can no longer serve you. I am nosandwiched between cars in the drive thru line and am forced to watch the barista give away free drinks to the two cars in frontof me because "we can't accept anymore orders". I get up to the window and the barista closes the window and walks away. Icalled the store to inquire more about what happened. Upon me asking a question the manager immediately gets an attitude andstarts screaming at me on the phone. When I asked for the number for corporate she stated "You can go do your own research andfigure it out yourself" then hung up the phone on me. I am absolutely disgusted by this and want to know what type of people arehired to manage a Starbucks. This was absolutely unacceptable and the person responsible for managing this area and specificstore should terminate all management effective immediately. I would never hire someone to be the face of my company if theycould not handle stressful situations without being rude, condescending, and irrational during their work shift. Someone shouldreally look into what is going on in this store. From what I am reading in other reviews there is a theme here and I am surethat each negative review stems from the same manager.
