Worst customer service EVER! Called to place an order. Phone rang so many times it disconnected. Called back. "Mgr" answered... phone. Said I'd like to place an order. Hold on she says. Ihear her ringing someone at the register. Comes back and says she hascustomers, place your order on the app. First, I don't have the app. Second, don't want the app. And last time I checked, I AM acustomer. Sherry is the manager. Customer service is a no win situation right now you try to accommodate the customers standing In front of you while your phone... is ringing off the hook.do you stop and answer it and walk away from that customer for a customer who doesn't want to take thetime to come in and order in person.i don't and I wont.i wouldn't want someone doing that to me if I was out for a meal.so tosay this store has horrible customer service ask the 3 gentleman that were in the store in line as phone kept ringing away.idon't believe they would have appreciated a delay in their service for someone who can't even come in and order.we do have anapp where you don't have to wait in line place your order and it will be waiting when you get here. The two young girls working were very incompetent and rude. I asked for a melt, which is what I order at every other subway so I... know it?s a thing, and she said, ?what?s that?? so I had to explain to her how to make my sandwich. I then asked for just anItalian sub but didn?t watch her make it. When I got home the ?Italian? sub consisted of only bologna and cheese. Read more

every. single. time. we have ordered online from this location it has been incorrect. why even offer online services when you... can?t seem to handle printed out instructions. Ive paid extra for bacon and extra cheese and didn?t receive either of them. Lovewasting my money. Read more

Placed online order, got there to pick it up which was curbside, and told they don't have curbside and I said you do. Waited... over 10 minutes for my order to come out. The sub was not toasted, very little Tuna and it was soggy... Read more

I would just like to say I was very satisfied not only with my sandwich but the staff was very polite and outgoing my visit was... on Saturday March 20th around 3:45 p.m. and to my Unknowing when I went to pay for my sandwich a young couple in front of me hadalready paid for it and I didn't even get to give them a thank-you or anything but if they would happen to read this that wasvery thoughtful and appreciated again thank you Read more

I do enjoy going to Subway it is the second on my list for places to go to get a good sub, the subs are good and so far all the... employees have been very helpful employee and polite. But sometimes I get the feeling that everything is very measured out verystandard and very fast food, I am older so I prefer the experience of being able to have less things metered, though it is puttogether for you individually it isn't quite the same as the old sub shops that we used to have. But it is good and the bread isbaked daily if not more often so that is a treat in itself. Read more

Across the street from the colony shops this subway location is a nice stop. Parking easy in easy out. Staff very friendly.... Place is clean. Booths are nice and the window makes them feel cozy. Recommend this location just be careful pulling out atcertain times of the day Read more
