Stopped by tonight to pick up a mobile order. I usually request my items with no shell/tortilla to reduce carbs and ask for the... ingredients to be put in a bowl instead. Usually not a problem, but this location refused my request because it wasn't orderedthat way in the app. The app doesn't even give that option! Canceled my order, still got charged and had to reorder from anotherlocation across town that has no problem fulfilling simple requests. Never stopping here again, and I would recommend peoplestay away if you have dietary restrictions. Read more

Let me start off by saying, I eat a lot of Taco Bell. I try to balance fast food with high quality home made food and I feel... Taco Bell gives you some leeway as to what kind of nutrients you are taking in. Overall, in the last year, I have probably hadthe bell 300 out of 365 days. When it comes to locations, few come close to this place. I have had Taco Bell in Boston, TerreHaute, Slippery Rock, Pittsburgh, etc., but out of every single visit, this place tops the scales in terms of overallmanagement. Often, you have a decent morning shift, mid shift is okay, then a mediocre night shift. Seeing the manager and howhe builds rapport with his team is exceptional, and it gives off the energy of a high class restaurant more than a fast foodchain. I realize there is most likely issues I cannot see that go on behind the scenes, but that goes for every single business.The important aspect is not letting this constant conflict bleed into the quality of your work. And let me tell you, the qualityhere is excellent. Almost every single order I have gotten from this location has been correct. Even if it wasn't perfect, theyare quick to fix their mistake and seldom repeat it. I wouldn't normally write a review, but this occasion I feel deserves it. Ivisited at 10:15pm on 10/19/2022 (Wednesday) after hitting the gym, and used my mobile order app to place a quick drive-throughorder. I forgot to customize my order, and they were quick to help me get the order right at the drive through speaker. However,it is at the drive through window where I think this location makes the difference. Pulling up, the employee working the windowwas kind and very eloquent when explaining that they needed to make fresh potatoes, and it would be a minute before I got myorder. I felt kind of bad since I didn't want to hold up the line, but they got it out so quick and the guy was so nice, I feltthat I needed to write this review so hopefully the staff working this night at least get a little Read more
Don't recommend coming for breakfast. I came a few weeks ago and they were over ten minutes late opening, staff was rude and my... food took way too long to come out despite me being the only customer in line. Figured maybe it was a fluke, came back today andsame problem. The drive thru employee didn't start answering customers until 8:07 and told everyone in line that the foodwouldn't be ready for at least five more minutes, so they would need to park, then come through the drive thru again. Can't believe what I just went through. Had to go through drive through twice to get the right order ,still didn't get it right... went in for a forgotten hash brown and was argued with didn't get a receipt then told me they were goi g to give me a hash brownI left 3 attempts to get food I payed for is not worth it I will never go to taco bell again .rude arguing and charged wrong . There was a long drive through line late at night. Because of this, it took just a little bit longer. The staff wasn't stressed... out at all, got our order 100% correct, and then also told us they "wanted to make it right..." for the long wait. Read more
I do not recommend coming here based on my experience. It was specified multiple times that I did not want lettuce on any of my... food. I come home to find that there is lettuce on ALL of my food.
