The dining room was dirty. The staff got our order wrong twice and it took forever to get our food when we first ordered and... seemed even longer after they fixed the order. Food was ok tho just really slow service and staff isn't very friendly. Read more

I waited more than 12 minutes after placing my order to get to the window. The wait is ALWAYS too long, even if I'm the only car... in the drive thru. The woman who cashed me out was great, but the food needs to be prepared faster. I absolutely love Taco Bell,but after many years of decreasing satisfaction, I won't be returning. Read more
I love this place but the prices are to expensive and the hard tacos always soggy!! Nice people good service just a little more... expensive than other fast food!! Maybe drain grease better from meat would help with the soggy hard tacos!! Read more
Staff is friendly but pretty much every time I go, my order is missing something. Even if all the items are there, some... ingredient will be missing that should be inside. I shouldn't have to sit in the parking lot and unfold all my food to be surethey put everything on it! Read more
Left a review 3 years ago, just a 5 star rating, but I felt the need to update it after the service I just received at this Taco... Bell. The restaurant is really clean, orders are 99.9% of the time correct (everyone makes mistakes, but the employees at thisTaco Bell hardly do), and the employees are unbelievably friendly and make you feel at home. The best Taco Bell in Erie by far! Read more
It?s probably one of the best Taco Bell locations in Erie, the front cashier was really friendly and I always see employees... cleaning the dining area constantly and keep everything nice and clean. The food here is also always great! Read more
Absolutely horrible service. We waited 20 minutes for our food while dining at the Buffalo Road in Erie PA. We ordered a deluxe... cravings box, a nacho fry box, and a crunch wrap meal. The total came to around $25. We received 2 nacho fries, 2 burrito, 2crunchy tacos, a Doritos locos taco, and a crunch wrap supreme. When I asked about our order being incorrect, the associateworking said it was right and just said they were missing the boxes. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
