Excellent brunch with live music! I noticed nice touches like a chef’s table seating, semi and private dining rooms , full bar... with windows behind making a light airy brunch space. 10/2/22 loved the cocktail “Mocha” with Godiva chocolate liqueur andcold brew. Wow! Why are not here already? I was greeting by Colin who assured me that solo dining wouldn't be that bad and he was right. My... waitress Kristin was kind to offer me a sample of wine when I was unsure and offered a wonderful suggestion to the wine list. Mydinner, prepared exactly how I like... Rare steak! I was left to enjoy my meal in peace but yet in kind company. I came in at4pm on a Saturday with no problem on no reservation. I can not wait to come back and bring guests. We had a fantastic experience at The Cork 1794! We took our dog there and sat on the patio and had great service and even better... food. The staff were all so sweet and loved our sweet pup and brought him water. My husband had the crab cake sandwich and saidit was fantastic. I had the New York strip with fried Brussels sprouts, again fantastic. Our friend ordered the salmon and wasvery happy! The wedge salad is delicious and a generous portion. I had a blackberry sour to drink and husband had a raspberryfizz, both great!! Can’t say enough about how good the experience was. We are not from the area but will be back! Read more
The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was quite slow. The place was absolutely packed, very popular brunch spot.... My sweet potato hash was the most delicious dish I've eaten in years. Some of our party's food was not remotely hot. Read more

We went to the Cork for my niece's birthday. Our server did a good job,she was pretty busy as it was a Saturday night. I ordered... a Raspberry Fizz the NY Strip and the Mac n Cheese. The mac n cheese was the best part of my experience. It was interesting,myniece ordered her Filet Medium, same as I did for my strip. Hers came out med rare and very red and mine came out medium well.Just kind of a bummer. She enjoyed the evening though and that's all that matters. Read more
