Went here at 11:10am today. The drive thru line was around the building. We parked and my husband went in. Literally 15 minutes... later he came out empty handed. In the 15 minutes in line they only waited on 1 person. Later we were on 26th again, 1:10pm.There wasn?t any lines-just one car in front of us. That car had already ordered and was at the pay window waiting. We waited 4minutes before anyone took our order. We pulled ahead and gave our money. It took forever to get our change and 2 coffees. Thegirl said she?s be back with a muffin. We sat for another several minutes while multiple kids stood having conversation. Ifinally laid on my horn. A kid opened the window and handed me a muffin that had been sitting there. I asked him if they just?forgot?. It was 11:22 when we pulled out with two cups of coffee and a muffin-and only one customer ahead of us. If there was amanager on duty allowing this group of kids to sit around talking while ignoring customers-they should be FIRED! My husband saidthat was exactly the behavior that he witnessed while standing inside for 15 minutes earlier in the day. DO NOT GO INTO LOBBY!!! Staff prioritize drive thru and only have one person working up front. Order taken and we waited 25... minutes to be given food and was informed they didn't have part of what we ordered after that 25 minutes. 6 employees workingthe drive thru watched 10 + people come into the lobby and then leave as their orders were not taken after 15 minutes. You arebetter off waiting the half hour in the drive thru or going to another location with good service on 12th Street. Read more
Employees were very welcoming and patient. I ordered the chicken panini which was cooked perfectly, a blueberry muffin (still... warm) and an iced cappuccino. It was the perfect work lunch, comfortable chairs, fast wifi, clean tables, and great food. Read more

Delicious beverages and sweets! Sad that the counter people are always less than pleasant, not just this visit but every visit.... Tim's need to train their employees better. 4-21-18 edit: took away a star. Employees are miserable. Read more
Service at this location is spotty at best. Always seems to be undermanned and slow far too often. Definitely not worth the... visit when compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Read more
whoever made my iced cappuccino in drive thru around 11:15am today deserves a raise it was out in a minute and was phenomenal
