Had reservations set for 6 p.m. and had to wait another 15 minutes to be seated even though they said the table was ready. Then... when finally seated it took anther 15 to 20 minutes before we got asked to take our order and get drinks. When the food arrivedit was pretty good but 2 people frim of our table didn't get their food with the rest of us. Their food arrived after everyoneelse was done eating. Read more

Waited 2 years to write the review. I have been a very regular (3+ orders/wk) customer and overall the food is on point. Great... hoagies, good pizza and solid wings 95% of the time keeps me coming back. The delivery guys are one hell of a crew, fun to dealwith and always prompt and professional. Any time I ever had an issue, which is quite rare, was taken care of immediately withcare. The ladies and gentlemen that handle taking calls and orders are always more than happy to deal with me. I live a fewblocks away and keep these guys on my list of go-to take out/delivery spots. In the future I look forward to dining in andtrying some pasta/raviolis. No matter how many times we have ordered there is an issue with something missing. Not just ranch even though that happens 90%... of the time but I mean we order two chicken and fries baskets and get ZERO fries...get home of course and have to go back justto get the tiniest container of fries. I like your food but quality control needs some work. Ordered small calzone, paid for extra cheese, and ordered 2 marinara... sides. There was very little cheese, let alone extra and i got 1 marinara and i salsa. You always estimate 90 min delivery sowhen order arrived 75 minutes later i was happy but everything was cold like it had been sitting around for a half hour. Read more

Beautiful fish sub full of fish and delicious goodness. Thus is an absolutely excellent restaurant. I think that Valerios is an... Erie institution, a must if you're a local or visitor. Their ranch is out of control and should be listed as a controlledsubstance. The lighting in the photo is my fault and does not do this fantastic sub justice. 100% fat guy approved.
