Have only been to this location two times and both times the employees have been really rude at the window? for no reason. We?ve... never complained about anything or asked for anything extra just picking up pizza. So a little confused why everyone is so rudeto the customers. They need new staff that like their jobs. Love this pizza place. Our favorite is the pepperoni on the famous thin crust. There?s pepperoni covering the entire pizza, from... edge to edge. It?s always steaming hot when I pickup at the drive through window. Delivery, usually runs later than theestimated delivery time. But, 10-15 minutes isn?t such a big deal. When we travel to the Cincinnati area we ALWAYS stop at this location in Erlanger, KY. Great pizza, great people. My wife told... me about this place from her college days, we came to a Donatos (there are none in our home town so we have to travel to getone). Well I'm sold out!!
