I eat here most days when i'm in town, I absolutely love it. Owner and employees are extremely friendly, polite, and... professional, place is kept very clean, food is always great, and they have a really good rewards program and app. It's right bythe hotel I always stay at but it's always a really good experience going in and getting a bowl and chatting with the employeesfor a minute. Quick and easy for lunch. I had the Hawaiian burrito, and it was good, but I wish they would put it through an oven to melt the... cheese on the inside. I?d go back to try other items on the menu. Staff was nice, made good conversation while I progressedthrough the line. Read more
Only stopped in here for a quick snack in the middle of an afternoon. Only saw one person behind the counter and he looked... exhausted. I ordered chips, a large queso, and a small drink and the tab was over $8.00. there were only two other people in thestore who finished quickly and left. They have an extensive menu of wraps and bowls, and Pepsi products in the sodafountain. Probably a good place to stop if you're near the airport and have time for a quick bite. Read more
We go here at least 3 times a month. We love Hot Heads, just wish some of the employees were a little more professional. One... guy we see almost every time is great. The others, not so much. Yelling at each other and being rude is not at all what youwant to see when they are making your food. Read more
I took a star because all most all the food has cilantro! Yes, I am one of those people. The food was good, I made a nacho... salad. The staff was really knowledgeable about what was in the sauces and helped me choose things I could eat. The staff gets5 stars. They keep the place really clean too. Read more
My wife & I decided to pull off the interstate to try this place for our first time. SO GOOD! First of all, the staff were... really great! Very friendly & helpful. The food was super delicious & we both it agreed it was superior to Chipotle, Moe?s,Qdoba, etc. Will be looking for other store locations in the future! Read more
The white guy working at night 9pm cared less about all customers. He seemed to be too bored to work. Bought 3 fish tacos, and... they were half cooked. Had to throw 2 away. The one which was fully cooked tasted nice. Best part is you get to add yourselection of toppings. Read more
