Potato soup watery and cold. Cheese fries technically had cheese on them I suppose. I did see my server in between smoke breaks.
Worst customer service experience! Went here today with my mother to eat before we headed out on our flight today. Waited at the... front to be seated for more than 10 minutes and no one was there, so we sat down at an open table. The waiter comes over andsays "Ladies, we decided to seat ourselves today?" My mother replied "Yes, we waited at the front to be seated for some time andno one was there. Waiter replied "That's because I was busy!" At that point we decided it was best to get up and leave becauseit was obvious we were not welcome. His character was totally out of line. Will NEVER attempt to eat here again! Read more
FAIL. Hostess greeted us and explained 10-15 minute wait, and that it was taking food up to 30 minutes to come out of the... kitchen. We had 90 minutes before boarding, so we were good. She left the stand to bus 2 tables that were dirty when we walkedin. At the 2nd table she left her spray bottle and wandered off to the back for at least 10 minutes. When she returned I toldher we STILL had a party of 2, and then she told us it would now be a 20-30 minute wait. She said we could try a table in thebar. We waited another 10 minutes and the bartender told us twice that she would 'be right with us.' We left. Enjoyed a Greatmeal at Hop & Cask in the same Terminal, and made our flight with time to spare. Read more
Food was not bad but was not great. Waiting time was absurd. Presentation... look at picture.
The food was good but the quality of the cut of beef was subpar. About a third of the steak was not eatable. Service was good... and sides were good. My stake was undercooked but I was aware of that (past visits), so I ordered accordingly. I had the 12ozridbye with a load potato (perfect) and a house salad (very plain and bland), and a diet Coke for just over 30.00 before tip. Read more
Had an hour to kill before I was about to board my plane so decided to try out the "Auutback Staik-house" which was closer to my... terminal. Google Maps doesn't do a good job by clearly mentioning that this is at Terminal B /Terminal (3). I ordered thePerfectly Grilled Salmon ($15) which comes with 3 Brocollis, 8 chips of carrot, and 4 slices of Squash. The salmon was ok andthe seasoning wasn't that great, but in all fairness, I wasn't expecting much either. My waitress/server was very friendly andattentive, although the service was a little slow. Service was pretty slow, basically my whole second halfof the meal I had no waiter and the waitress didn't come around to refill it.
