Worst service every single time I go. Always have to wait at least 30 min for my mobile order to be ready.
Driving on 95 and wanted to stop to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. There was not any hand soap in the women?s or men?s... restrooms. We immediately left?because it?s impossible for the employees to be washing their hands properly. We should have readthe reviews before going to this location. So gross! Read more
They could have totally screwed up my order and I'll still give it 5 stars. They are trucker friendly and not many fast food... places will take walkup orders. The night shift manager was a nice young black girl didn't catch her name but thank you forbeing trucker friendly! Read more
The worse place to eat why? Because their equipments for the drinks they don?t work. Their food is half made and poor quality.... no taste no salt and they ain?t gave us any sauce. Read more
Went through the drive thru, worker informed me she was taking orders and making food. She was WONDERFUL! However, found out... the GM was that and had the rest of the staff cleaning. Great! But at lunch rush there needs to be more people working orclose the place. Sat in the drive-thru for more than 30 30 minutes. Read more
I?ve called the phone number & no one answered and waited in the drive thru line to see if they are even open. No employee cars... in parking lot anywhere. They are taking an order every 10-15 mins it seems in drive thru. This location needs a manager orsomething seems they can?t handle the traffic. Went to window told me they would be with me in a minute- ten minutes later I wasable to place my order a cup of chilli and a small coke and it took 30 mins plus sitting in drive thru for 20 mins 50 mins for 2items. I will never come back here and don?t recommend you to come to this location either. Finally saying hello at speakerafter being told to wait a minute she says there system is being really slow. Food was good but they are short handed so if you know anyone that is looking for a job please send them Erwin NC for a job they... are hiring!! And the ones that are working guys and ladies keep pushing y'all are doing a good job!! Read more
They didn't have baked potatoes, salads, mozzarella cheese for the new burger, mayonnaise, no ketchup in the dispenser and... drinks low in dispenser. Every time we go there things are out. I don't plan to go back to this location. Read more
