I went through the drive thru window just as it was getting dark. I ordered a steak biscuit combo. I went there because you can... get breakfast anytime. It's not limited either. I waited at the menu board for about 10 minutes because the person taking theorder said she'd be back in a couple. Then, I waited at the window for about 5 minutes. The food was at least hot and delicious.It was great. 15 minutes is a long time to go through a drive thru. But the food made it better. Read more

Ordered a family dinner. Chicken, Mac, potatoes, gravy, and biscuits. Everything was OLD. Very obvious nothing was fresh and... everything had been sitting out for quite a while. It was like eating 2 day old leftovers for $30. Biscuits were hard and stale,like a loaf of bread when it?s left out for a day. Chicken was awful and cold, like it was reheated multiple times. Ordered an 8 piece chicken and 12 piece tender meal mixed. I got home and I was only given 8 tenders. I asked for lemonade for... the half gallon and was given tea. Meal came with 8 biscuits and was only given 7. Every time I go to this place it is a badexperience. There are rarely any customers here after breakfast, so why do they screw over the few customers that actually showup? Read more
Stopped for lunch at the Erwin location on our way from GA to NY. Our drive through order had a couple goofs but the ladies, who... were working very hard cheerfully corrected the omissions. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our biscuits andtenders were fresh and hot. All the employees had great attitudes and went out of their way to make sure we had a goodexperience. Just left Bojangles in Erwin, Tn. Please DON?T waste any of your time here! Ordered 3 biscuits and a sweet tea. Was asked to... pull up and they would bring it out. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. Got to thedoor and they had it locked. Went back to the car and sat for another couple minutes. Husband finally went to the window to seewhat the problem was. They had not even made our food. Assured him they would have it right out. Another 10 minutes went by whenfinally the Asst Mgr comes out with the food. Told her we wanted a refund. She took the food back and after another few minutesfinally returned with our refund. VERY VERY POORLY managed store!!!!! Wasted almost an hour of our time here for nothing!!!!!! Read more
The gravy is uncooked so just watered down milk and its been like that on more than one occassion.
