It don?t matter if there?s 1 person in line or 15 people in line you ALWAYS have to pull into a parking spot and wait 5-10... minutes for your food. There has to be a better way to operate. The staff however is usually very friendly. Perhaps a staffingissue? Maybe Hardee?s should pay their employees a livable wage and more folks would be inclined to apply. Read more
I asked for 2 plain hamburgers with no cheese, no pickles, and no mustard and they did not give me that. They gave me what I... specifically did not want so they can screw themselves 10 times over. Never come to this Hardee's location, they are idiots. Read more
I've been going to hardee's for breakfast everyday for almost 2 months. There is a sign on the entrance thar says, we serve... breakfast until 11 am. When that's not true. Most of the time they are out by 10:31 and do not expect them to prepare morebecause thats a Big No. There are plenty of other breakfast places to eat so I'm done with Hardee's. Plus they have employeesthat's been there forever that I see get talked to terrible by their superiors, so there's that too. Read more

Used to like Hardees... Ordered 2 burgers.. Angus burger photo has lettuce tomato and onion. Mine had a dried out tasteless... burger and cheese only. Not even condiments...Food was not hot ...Fries were lukewarm...We are not fast food people and today Idiscovered why. What a waste of money. We could get amazing hot dogs and fries at the Centreville Grill in Asheville for lessmoney and be thrilled with our order. Hamburger might be slightly more but at least it would be great. Nada to fast food for usin the future... Sad that this swill actually passes for real food... Read more
I have visited this particular Hardee's a few times and only a handful of those few times was I satisfied with my order. One... time we went in and ate and my husband found a hair in his fries, when he asked the young lady "what is this?" she replied "afry?" so he asked her to look closer and when she saw the hair she said "oops" and turned around and walked off. Today I stoppedin through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast, when I got home with my food I was shocked at how the sandwiches looked. It wasridiculous. The pictures will explain. I worked at Hardee's for 5 years as a crew trainer and I know how things are supposed tobe done and this Hardee's apparently does not do ANYTHING by the book. Maybe I should go back to work at the Erwin location toteach them a thing or two. The Hardee's I worked at wasn't the best in the world (none of them really are), but at least oursandwiches weren't put together like this. Sad. Read more
