The thing I found distinctive about this Culver's was the staff. Rarely am I impressed by service, but this was exceptional. ... EVERYONE was PROFESSIONAL. The Manager on Duty interacted with everyone and was always looking to make sue things were goingproperly. Absolute worst costumer service we have ever experienced. We went through the drive through and the lady was screaming over the... microphone being very disrespectful then when we went to get our food we were being very polite and once again the man thathanded us our food was down right disrespectful. If anyone sees this and knows who was working around 11 o clock on 11-8-22please have a nice little chat with them. Read more
The concrete mixing machine looked like it hadn?t been cleaned all day long. The mixer was not rinsed between our two orders.... After 10 minutes we had to go up to the counter to see where our order was. It hadn?t been started and workers were standingaround in the back kitchen area talking. Read more
Exceptional customer service and fresh food await you here! I've visited this Culver's many times and have never had a bad... experience. They always get my sandwiches right (which is rare for me in fast food) and if you have any issues they are alwayshappy to fix them. While some may complain about the wait, it is well worth it for the great experience every time you go! Read more
The service and speed were awesome. . What brought it down to a 3 was the filthy mess at the condiments counter and dining... area. There was ketchup all over the counter, napkins and straw wrappers on the floor and counters. In the dining area therewere several tables just covered in garbage. Not any bad on the people behind the window, but the person that runs food out today was very disappointing. We waited 45... minutes, we?re ignored, so we pulled to the window for our meals. Once we received it proceeded to leave and check the food.After all that time the order was still wrong and we journeyed once more through the drive through.
