I think Jimmy John subs are superior to any other chain. I could count only a few times I have had any problems with the actual... food and have always enjoyed it. I?ve had many unfortunate customer service problems in the last year though that has deterredme from ordering. One of the worst experiences happened about two months ago when a delivery driver showed up to my porch with acigarette lit while carrying my food. This would have never been acceptable when I worked there way back in 2015. The one thingworth noting is that for every complaint I?ve had, the management has offered to make it right by giving me a free meal/sub. Read more
More bread than meat on the subs lately. Good flavor, but not a lot of food for the money
Came to this Jimmy John?s, there was barely any meat on all of our subs. To add insult to injury, the 16 inch ?GIANT? sub that I... ordered was not cut at all. Good luck trying to eat a ?to go? sub like that in one piece. Disappointed. Read more
