I think Jimmy John subs are superior to any other chain. I could count only a few times I have had any problems with the actual... food and have always enjoyed it. I?ve had many unfortunate customer service problems in the last year though that has deterredme from ordering. One of the worst experiences happened about two months ago when a delivery driver showed up to my porch with acigarette lit while carrying my food. This would have never been acceptable when I worked there way back in 2015. The one thingworth noting is that for every complaint I?ve had, the management has offered to make it right by giving me a free meal/sub. Read more
More bread than meat on the subs lately. Good flavor, but not a lot of food for the money

Disappointed, only as a previous delivery driver for Jimmy Johns. I would never do what I witnessed my ?driver? do today. I... asked for them to leave it at my door mind you, and what do I see as I look out the window waiting for my meal, the driver stepsout, she walks to the sidewalk and CHUCKS the bag of food at my NEIGHBORS door across the street!!! Hands down most useless business in the city of Escanaba! If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have gone to jimmy... johns 4 times now In two weeks and they have never been open even though all there signage and internet posts indicate they aresupposed to be. The last time I went threw the drive threw a man answered and told me he wasn?t serving anyone today but onlythere ?prepping for tomorrow?? guess what folks, tomorrow never came. Don?t even waste your time driving buy this place becauseo can promise you they will not be open. They have 1000 excuses as to why they can?t make you a sandwich and they will use themall. Please note... I only gave 4 stars. That was for the person who took our order. He was vet professional & pleasant. However,... there was more lettuce that meat on my sub and my husband's cuban was not made properly...cubans are supposed to be pressed. Hiswas not. Please strive for better quality when making the subs and more meat less veggies unless ordered that way. Read more
Stopped for a quick bite to eat on the way down to Milwaukee from Marquette. Great food as usual. Friendly and helpful staff.
