Did personal mobile order aside from doordash gig, paid online,, had to wait for beverages and request extra bag to split up... order which is fine, but then had to go back in for the chips and delights we were shorted. Then I bring the food home and oneof the $9 orders didn't have the main item at all but something else random so I had to call and complain and go back and getone. It was nice they replaced it but for serious guys it's taco bell not rocket science what was the point of the mobile orderand pay. Read more
Upon last visit I experienced unnecessary and ridiculous service! Waited in drive thru for almost an hour, then when I finally... got there to order I was told to wait some more. I wait almost another 10 minutes before they were ready to take my order. Inaddition, throughout my LONG LONG wait in the drive thru line, I noticed they were doing the same thing, literally, to EVERY carthat came to order!!! Then, when I FINALLY DID GET TO ORDER, they told me that they no longer had available the item I had askedfor, said the deal had expired. However, they still had shown it advertised on their menu board AND the item I asked for was acombo deal, with things in it that are available on there regular menu anyways yet they were trying to say none of it wasavailable. Well I ended up so frustrated that I just left without ordering anything, but not before making it fully aware tothem that because of their b.s. and false advertising that they now lost a sale and a regular customer!!! For how late at night we ordered this, it was probably some of the most well-put together Taco Bell I've ever had. Most other... places I have to open up my taco and rearrange ingredients because everything is heaped on one end or the other. This place didawesome job making everything even and it was delish. Had to wait way too long just too get a drink after ordering ..food was at best ok had better food somewhere else..with no... discount for the inconvenience of the wait time. Read more
We got to tacobell, placed a mobile order, and it wouldn't let us choose drive through so we chose in store and went to the... drive through because we've done that before, this time they tell us no because "it's too large" so we had to cancel and werelocked in the drive through for several minutes, and when they said that no cars were in the drive through, and they didn't getany until several minutes after we left. After messing up my order twice in a row, menu item wirh extra sauce. Today i clarified my order at the drive-through, they... still messed it up and wrote this. Refused the food, I'm not touching it, who knows what they did with it with a message likethat. Manager couldn't refund my order and waiting for a call back from the GM. Read more
We stopped at the Escanaba Mi store on 9-24-19 around 4pm it was clean and the employees was friendly and helpful. Sorry just... didn't take any pictures of the inside and outside to show how clean it was and of our meals ????. It was a very good mealenjoyed our lunch. The Freeze was so good $5 box meals are a great deal and it does fill you up. Well Melanie and Escanaba today12-15-19 and stopped by and had lunch. Enjoyed our lunch the same girl who was there the last time was there today and she'svery nice to you (need more people like her she's in the pictures) Well here's a few pictures from today. ????
