Their pick-up process and customer service is bad. They hardly monitor the online screen, and they won?t acknowledge your... existence when you?re standing around for 10 minutes. I asked about my drink and it had sold out so unbeknownst to me, my emptycup just sat there. I received a different drink and nothing more for their lack of communication, inattentiveness, and overallterrible service. If you really need to come to this location, go to the drive-thru or walk in an order. Better yet, just go toa different Better Buzz location. Update - Better Buzz replied to this post and recommended I submit the incident to theiremail. I actually did submit it to their email before writing the review and yet have to hear back. Read more

Such great coffee. Made it just how I like. The pastries were super tasty and moist.

The coffee we ordered were fresh, and very good. The coffee here is one of the best coffees I have ever had and that's saying a... lot because I have had coffee in Seattle, LA and of course San Diego. The service is awesome because they have a good teamworking. It is a small shop but definitely worth the wait. The price for coffee is a little pricey but it is also definitelyworth it. Read more

There's only one thing I would request. The coffee is tasty, service is good, and the music and vibes are great. However, it's... so hard to find comfortable space when studying. There are only two seats with outlets and it's near the window bar and hasbarstool style seats (which are not comfy). After 1 or 2 pm the sun comes through the window and it's so hot! An easy solutionwould be some kind of sun shade they could lower. This would be my 10/10 place to study if it were just a little bit morecomfortable. Read more

This is the best coffee I?ve ever had! Every time I come here I?m blown away by the quality. I?ve had their iced coffee, hot... coffee, different specialty drinks, and I can say without a doubt Better Buzz blows every other coffee drive thru straight outthe water. I lived in Escondido for three years without ever having heard of Better Buzz coffee, and what a shame that was. While visiting... down there again for my alma mater?s university day, I was searching around for new coffee shops I hadn?t been to and ended uphere. There is a drink on the menu called the ?Best Drink Ever? so, naturally, I had to try it. I was told it?s an Americanowith vanilla bean powder. That?s it? That?s the best drink ever? It was a chilly day, so I got it hot, and from the first sip Iwas blown away. I don?t know if this was objectively the ?best? drink ever, but it?s certainly up there. With the constant,massive drive-thru line, I?m sure I?m late to the game telling you to visit Better Buzz, but I would be remiss in notrecommending this pleasant little shop with a charming atmosphere and great coffee. Minus one star because their matcha is a bit watered down and the one in mission Valley is WAYYYY better matcha wise. However.... Their sandwich? AMAZING. The flavors just explode in your mouth and its pretty big so youre getting your moneys worth and notpaying alot for one of those small sandwiches like Starbucks. I ordered the best drink ever with out ice so I could drink it the next day with out the watered down flavor and to my surprise... I received half a cup of coffee. I asked where the rest of the coffee was and they said it should be ice and there was no wayfor them to charge me double to fill up the cup. I feel that if I pay for a large cup of coffee whether it has ice or not Ishould get a full cup of coffee. I don?t see why I should pay for Ice as well. I did not choose to argue so we drove off. I findit to be absurd that they think it?s okay to give me half a cup of coffee and charge for a full cup. To make martes worse thecup of ice I requested melted on my way home and the ice that melted was white and looked disgusting. I will be returning toStarbucks. Read more
