Wow. If your hours state open to 1pm then you should stay open until 1pm. Not close 10-15 minutes early and then close the door... as a customer is walking up from their cap. Dang, talk about customer service. These guys are different, something special. They care about their customers and they look... like they really enjoy their jobs and enjoy each other. Looking to move to the general tri-city area and was happy I decided to stop here today. Fresh baked goods, wonderful drink... selection (but not overdone with options), and friendly folks. I got Steph's Special and it was perfectly made (I've tried todo similar at home, only it came out questionable at best). So they get my stamp of approval! Read more
I?ve tried to like this place 100 times, but honesty all the espresso and coffee drinks taste like cheap watered down instant... coffee. Can you guys please do better? Like use lavazza or something better . If it is better then please get employees that canmake a good coffee! ( well whoever made the mocha today made misery in a cup, it was burnt espresso that obviously sat to long )so maybe they need a brush up on their coffee skills .
